    Ancient and powerful. I started tai chi in May and I’m continuing my journey with a master here in Montreal. After karate and yoga I’m now exploring tai chi. I have a teak wooden ball and I already have a routine but what you’re demonstrating here is different and I’ll certainly incorporate them in my routine. I dream of knowing enough sequences to do a lovely session in the park like you are doing here. Thank you for sharing this ancient knowledge. Warmest regards from Montreal!
