Great use of the Lego dudes as visual aids. As always keep these coming. They are very informative.

I wanna say as a nerf lover and airsoft lover I wanna say thank you for putting the time to bring up safety around orange tips
If I can make a suggestion, train with your blaster on your non-dominant hand. You never know when it may be required to go lefty (or righty) in a situation. Practice reloads, clearing jams, sidearm transitions etc. Also if you have a springer and a flywheeler let the flywheeler take the non-dominate side (assuming your both of same handedness) as it requires less muscle memory to operate flywheeler (as it’s push buttons make dart) and follow up shots are faster if a mistake is made. Hope this is helpful and... BANGARANG.
then there are those of us who are cross domimant, right handed and left eyed (such as myself) or vice versa. I find shouldering right more comfortable than shouldering left, but I can aquire a line of sight faster with my left eye than right.

Legally blind in my right eye but right hand dominant. So yeah Firing blasters/arrows has always bit a bit of a problem for me

Great video captain, similar to how i know it to be run, i would lead three man point team with at least on of us being heavier than the others blaster wise. I look foward to being with you on the battlefield of Penn State in a month. Bangarang good sir.

I was curious what (in your opinion) would the best 5-7 person squad, using your role system? for instance 2 medium infantry a sharpshooter a heavy and a hunter .

That would depend on the game.
Normally I just play as if my team doesn't exist and I have to be equal to the whole enemy team. Then when my team does their part it's as if we have twice the numbers

The person who is good at leading...should be leader.
That makes sense I wasn't shure if u did it off of experience or not
I have Crew who have been with us for over a decade who have never risen above the rank of Able Crewman. They are excellent soldiers but have no skill or desire to lead. The skill to lead is far more important than the desire. Far too often those who want to be in charge are grossly unfit for the task.
Makes sense I would like to lead but also would like to gain alot of experience first

@@CaptainXavier basic logistics. Left man right man heavy In the middle. Flanks are crucial. You need dedicated personal.
Geometry. A triangle can cover more.
Are you basing this on any tested and codified military doctrine? If so I would love to see the manual or training video. Otherwise I will stick to what the Crew has used and proved over the course of a decade and a half of field experience.
Two man squads are simple, easy to build, easy to manage. Adding a third person unevenly divides the sectors and coverage. If you want to add a heavy or flankers you put two 2 man teams together. Adding a heavy and an NCO to increase fire power and organization/leadership.
@@CaptainXavier not trying to be super operator or anything. I can see the attraction to a two man when you are at less than squad strength. As for doctrine.
Originally pioneered by the red army in 1930. The USMC raider battalion after seeing it in action against Imperial Japan adopted it during World War 2. After the raider battalion was disbanded and reabsorbed back into the Corp the technique was adopted by the entire Corp. Eventually they went to a 4 man team. Currently they are back at 3.
It's all good I just like to debate tactics. If it works for you it works for you.
