Called them on 30 Sept , they told that they r gonna send a mail jisme details fill krni h. Nd today is 5 Oct abhi tk nhi aaya !! Very Dissappointing Customer Care Service. Even took 30-40 mins on call .

Hey bro....I just checked soundcore, realme, Sony and boat website....they say that the right one works as the main unit so it consumes battery quicker as compared to the other one.....I just wanted to ask you that Anker claims R50i to have 10 hours playback and if the right one drains 30-40mins earlier than it's not a big deal in my opinion....However I want to know what kind of issue you are facing, how many minutes the right one dies before the left one ?
After seeing all the reviews I have purchased this earbud 15 days ago but already facing some problem. 2 days ago while listening to music it's charge got low so I put it on the box and went to sleep. At morning when I connected it to my phone it still showed low battery(10% charge) . In the box it's written that the earbud should be full charge within 2 hours but mine was on charge whole night still it was showing low battery 😭😭 I even charged the box upto 100% but still earbud shows low battery . I waited a whole day and it only charged to 30% where it should have been full charged . What should I do ? What tf has happened?😭😭😭 Please help 😭😭

Battery drain is not noticeable in any earphone, you can see such changes in battery percentage only after a long term use.
