Grassrootshealth have been promoting the use of vitamin d3 for longer than anyone else. It is sad that so few people understand the importance of maintaining higher 25(OH)D levels throughout pregnancy and lactation and throughout life.
Dr Sunil Wimalawansa probably knows more about vitamin d3 than anyone else.

Good presentation! I combine D3 supplementation with vitamins A and K2 and minerals Magnesium (bisglycinate) and Boron.
This is very beneficial also for people with osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis and in general for post menstrual women.
When their sex hormone estrogen lowers, they start to loose calcium in the urine.
Boron is very helpful in minimizing calcium loss in urine.
When in risk of osteoporosis, be sure that you get you amino acids! Seniors are in danger of loss of collagen, bone matrix and muscle. Be sure that your get *ALL* amino acids! I'd say 1.3 grams of protein per kg body weight.
Eggs and meat contain all amino acids. Vegetarians and vegans may have health issues due to deficiency in one or more amino acids.
Seniors that use antacids, have problems breaking down proteins into amino acids. They could take capsules or powder that contain a mix of all 22 amino acids.
Study the subject yourself, it is important to your well-being. ❤
