Raw dog food meal prep - easiest and cheapest way to do it. Part 1

- If you are brand new to raw food and feeling overwhelmed I recommend just doing kibble, one cracked egg, 1/2 cup of gizzards, and 1/2 chicken liver. Gizzards and Liver are usually found at Wal-Mart and local grocery stores.
If you're ready to jump in and fully do raw food , then I hope this video is useful and easy to understand!
We have been feeding out dogs raw food for about 2 years now with no issues. I believe this is the easiest and cheapest way to do it without having to order anything online. We are able to get all the ingredients at most grocery stores and Asian markets. We've lived in multiple different states, so the price of food varies greatly on where you live. The most we've spent on raw food is in San Diego (seen here in this video), and the cost for one dog per month was $115. Definitely cheaper in other states!
We try go off the rule of 80% meat, 10% bone and 10% organ meat per meal.
We feed the dogs about 2-3% of their body weight.
We feed them once a day, first thing in the morning.
I recommend not giving them too much pork. If your dog struggles with keeping weight on, then I recommend one small piece a day. Otherwise, too much might give them diarrhea.
We do not feed them vegetables, fruit or give them any kind of supplements (we're not oppose to it, just being honest in that we don't do it and the dogs seem healthy either way).
I hope this helps!!
Part 2 will be of us actually feeding our dogs the raw food

I’ve been feeding Raw for about 10 years to my dog. Allways nice to see others raw feeding
How is YOUR DOGs health general
How long have your dogs lived?
*always
Mine ate raw for about 85% of her life. I got her at 1 yo, she was medium 38-40 LB, and I put her down last year at 15.5 yo. She was very healthy and the most low-maintenance dog (great teeth, only started noticeably slowing down in the last 2 years) I've had but developed cognitive issues during the last year.
@@SemiSubconsciousSaboteurthats a nice full life. Great to hear that raw has been proven
This was a good basic video for beginners. Good variety. Simple. Ingredients that can be found at grocery stores or Asian markets without too much trouble. Good mention of variety. Good job.
Finally a thorough and simple video....without vegetables! Thank you!!!
I use veggies n fruit
@@yungface012 Dogs are carnivores, and benefit from getting nutrients from animals exclusively. Balancing it with a tiny bit of spinach, pumpkin seeds, etc is okay, but if you can get your dog the same nutrients these provide from animals based foods your dog will more easly absorb these nutrients. Dogs being omnivores is a myth, their digestive system is not as well adapted to digesting plant matter as much as meat
@@maurgsdenI had to add some veggies to my dogs raw diet, because he was straining when he pooped.
@@maurgsden dogs are in fact carnivore bias omnivores. They are optimized for eating meat but poses omnivorous ability. They do require a certain amount of fiber. This varies from dog to dog and not all dogs have access to a lot of grass.
@@maurgsden dogs are omnivores. Most of their diet should be meat, but they benefit from vegetables and fiber.
i love when people do videos this way, very simple and not intimidating
This is the best video for raw feed dogs. I have been searching all morning for the exact percentages of meat/bones/organs for my two dogs. Will be making sure I keep this video saved.
Been feeding raw for 9 years. My current dog is a 21 month old female yellow lab. I buy frozen items like pork necks, chicken quarters, chicken backs, turkey wings, turkey necks, ground chicken, ground turkey, ground pork and ground beef in bulk, semi thaw enough to portion into individual plastic bags and refreeze.
My lab "hunts down and finds" 1 frozen sardine and 2 frozen chicken feet every single afternoon. She'll have a raw meaty bone also. Her dinner is a good mix of protein, bone and organ meats.
I buy all the same things but i also add tripe. I put everything together and put it all through my meat grinder then put it in plastic containers and freeze them
That’s what I was trying to remember
Tripe…
I raw feed my 2.5 yr Malamute/Husky (85 lb) almost exact samething. I chop the quarter up by splitting thigh in half and cut meat off leg or he will just swallow it whole. He gets 3-5 miles daily up in the mountains off leash and is in amazing shape and looks great.. Thank you for the video....
I'm picking up our new puppy Friday and we are going Raw. I think from my research it is absolutely the way to go. My only problem is your prep habits. Have you ever hand a problems with cross contaimination? If not, I am ready. I did some food prep today myself and I treated all the chicken like it was radioactive, you guys seem a little less concerned. Maybe I should calm down a little.Anyway great video and happy to see those happy dogs.
Blessed are your pups 🐶good humans💗
My problem is my dog can’t eat fowl, or eggs. He had yrs of raw feet and ear infections until I realized the issue…..I’ve tried a slow transistion to raw, but they walk away from it……so it’s cooked and drained burger 88/12 3oz. with raw one ounce of Offal twice a day with one probiotic/prebiotic and 1/4 bone broth , occassional raw rib bone….they each weigh 14lbs and 20lbs. They seem to be doing well.
$100 bucks aint bad considering we know what is going into the meals, and it keeps the babies out of the vet's office. That will help with bills. (no the savings of not having as much visits)
I've been doing this for more than 12 years, feeding five dogs. You'll find it much easier if you assemble at least one week or one month's worth of assembled food for total weight over that period, then randomly assemble each daily meal, then package, freeze and thaw for each daily meal.
this food looks very healthy and tasty. your dogs have better life than people in my home country, they have nood, they are starving. very sad
I feed my dog a wide range of raw food, but I vary it through the week so that he's not getting a whole heap of different foods in a single meal. A lot of healthy additives only need to be given occasionally and don't need to form part of every meal.
I looked at the prices of your food and realised that a lot of those meats cost less where I live! I might actually be able to change my dogs' diets without breaking the bank, I always thought it would be really expensive.
Thanks for this very straightforward and practical video. We are getting a puppy soon and want to get right to it.
Such a great video. It was hard to read comments about how this isn’t a good diet. The video is about showing people what it looks like and how to feed raw and store raw. And pricing. Not about what type of supplements to add based on your dogs issues. I’m actually glad you didn’t show supplements bc this video was very direct. 10/10 compared to the videos that start showing way to much of supplements and raw. I wanna see how to feed raw not see 50 types of supplements to add lol.
Thanks! Tried making it an easy beginners video
Please don't follow this persons videos. Supplements aren't for issues a dog has, it's to provide nutrients that the diet is missing and this diet is missing nutrients. If you want to not use supplements you have to feed whole prey, not pick and choose what parts of the animal you feed
Also vets aren't educated in nutrition, you need a canine nutritionist. Your vet should have referred you to a canine nutritionist
@@siennateel2381I understand your point of view, and maybe I'll get there eventually, but this diet is certainly better than the kibble most of America is feeding their dogs. This is a good starting point.
@@jericosha2842 it's not better though because commercial dog food is actually balanced. Why not just do the proper research and make an actual balanced homemade diet. Maybe I'm just spoiled though lol because I found the channel "paws of prey" early on and they make it pretty simple. It's not that hard to make a balanced diet, you just have to get through all the bad vids that promote unbalanced diets
Thanks for making this guys ❤❤❤❤
Is it safe to defrost meat on counter for meal prep and refreeze?
Just thought I’d comment on the spleen & kidney being optional it should not be optional the chicken heart is the only meat that can be optional since it’s a muscle meat not a secreting organ. But other than that great vid.
Have you ever given your dogs. Green tripe it's a super food that cleans out bacteria in their gut it's fabulous but very stinky❤
Helps with Taurine
What about calcium and phosphorus?
Hi, I live in San Diego too. Where do you buy the sardines?
This was a very helpful video. we want to adopt and we want to feed raw, I’m curious about #1 any digestive issue, like gas, diarrhea and bowel movements. #2 Since you feed 1x daily do you give them snacks? Also, is it a myth about chicken bones. #3 You feed your dogs chicken quarters so I guess there are no issues with the leg bones? I know that’s a lot of questions.
Since OP didn't answer, I will try to help.
#1 There shouldn't be any issue ever once the dog gut adapt fully to raw diet. However, during transitioning phase your dog may experience diarrhea because its gut flora is not developed to process the raw meat, so the gut to to flush out indigestibles as quickly as possible. In this phase, try to divide feeding portion into 3 meals. Feed boneless raw meat semi frozen to force your dog to chew (teach them later to chew bone, as well as chewing food well help the stomach digest food better). Supplement calcium by adding ground egg shell powder. Give dog plenty of plain yogurt at this phase.
#2 You would have to subtract meat snack from the feeding amount. If you don't want to complicate your daily meal preparation, then give them fruit/veggie snack. Fruit and veggie mostly are mostly indigestible by dog, so they are there to provide fiber, and some trace mineral (dog snack on grass, veggie root in garden all the time by themselves). So keep same meat amount, and freely give dog some fruit/veggie snack. Some well known dog friendly fruit/veggie: carrot, pumpkin, blueberry, raspberry, broccoli, kelp
#3 Avoid cooked bone. You need to teach dog to chew food, and bone before feeding poultry leg quarter bone. Feed boneless semi frozen raw meat. Then feed chicken neck, chicken back (keep it as big as possible, so the dog have to chew and learn to chew properly before swallowing). Only after you see your dogs chew those part well, then start with bone in thigh. And then the whole leg quarter. I wouldn't take more than 3 week for a dog to adapt to raw fed diet and know how to chew chicken leg quarter properly. So don't be afraid, nor rush it.
Do they get veggies too?
Do they only eat 1 bag all day? And they eat the bone? Super new to this, yes I’m really asking😊
We raw feeding our cats too ❤️
My vet said cats should be on raw food more so than dogs!
Great stuff guys
Id say one other potential con is if you dont start them on raw early theres a chance they wont be willing to do to. So if you already have a say 4 year old dog theres a chance he wont eat a raw food diet/it may be hard to get them on board with it
Might be true for some dogs! We started our one dog on it when he was 4-5 years old. He did great with the transition
@@travisandalyssahopper8300 Yeah! bc i transitioned by dogs at 4 and 6. The 4 year old looked at me like "are you kidding?" tried for a few months then gave up and so just the 6 got the raw diet lol
I feed a mixed diet of mostly raw, but I also use The Honest Kitchen ( that I use extensively when on the road/traveling) and a home cooked foods with a good mix of meats, vegetables, pseudo grains like quinoa, buckwheat, and ground flaxseed.
My Ahyoka is a beautiful, healthy girl that never scratches, smells, and at almost 3 years old has the whitest teeth you have ever seen on a dog! Her 17 mouth old brother is also on party this diet, but puppy kibble is in the mix, just to make sure that all vitamins and minerals are covered.
Ahyoka loves the chicken paws and eggs the most, she saves them until last! She actually savors them. She will lap up the egg whitest, then the yoke and crunchy shell, then on to the chicken paw.
Also, she eats slower then kibble. I started her off on kibble as a puppy, was too intimidated about raw, was intrigued and had read up on raw feeding, then one day decided what the heck and started, and within a week, saw improvements in her looks, and activities. I will keep feeding my fur babies this way from now on.
Their veterinarian wasn't to excited about the raw feeding, but she might be coming around. The veterinarian always comments on Ahyoka's looks (coat, teeth) and health.
I might not be 100% raw ( mostly because of time and expense ) but I'm more then half raw, with a homemade cooked foods and human grade dehydrated food rounding things out. I truly believe that raw is the way to go and kibble is the least way, ( though I use a high quality kibble as treats, and while traveling ), kibble is at the bottom.
This video was informative, interesting, inspiring, and helpful. Thank you for sharing.
do you give them that portion 1x daily or 2x daily?
Do you find that their poops turn white? My Pyrenees, Migo’s did. I had to to greatly reduce the amount of bone/calcium I was giving him.
That’s cool you could find some spleen
Do you feed them ones a day or twice?
So do you feed only one meal per day? Which would be a litte over a pound at 7am and nothing else the rest of the day?
Dogs seem to be completely fine eating raw chicken as it only makes since considering they didn’t cook their food when in the wild lol but why veterinarians say salmonella is a concern with this diet is beyond me. Any thoughts?
Salmonella is in kibble. It doesn't harm dogs because it doesn't stay in their digestive tract long. Besides, their stomach acids are stronger than ours
I want to start but it’s so confusing to make sure you get all the right things
I have wanted to give my dog high quality foods. However my dog is very very picky and has lived off of scraps. Would trying a raw diet be ok to try even though he’s been on a scrap diet his whole life? I’ve tried canned food and dry food but he won’t eat it.
Do dogs eat chicken bones?
Do they eat all of the bones of the chicken thighs? Do they ever choke? I'm having trouble picturing my dog being able to eat the bones without choking.. lol
My vet told about a man's dog who died having a chicken bone in it's throat. Chicken bones splinter so I never give my dogs chicken bones.
That’s only for cooked bones - raw bones are perfectly fine to give
They're dangerous when cooked. They're needed when not cooked
I do love this idea but i have questions
1.do the dog just chew up the bones i worry about shards cutting there insides?
2.is there no worries about Pancreatitis with the beef being so high in fat?
*Cooked* fat is the problem re pancreatitis
@@margaretmeaker2830 so uncooked its not that bad?
That deserved a like!
The food you make for one meal would feed my dog for 5 days, she only weighs I think it’s 6 pounds (3 kilos). But my dog suffers from HGE and wouldn’t be able to process so many protein varieties in one meal. She was on boiled chicken and white rice for over a year as the HGE nearly killed her twice. She is a little more adventurous now but not THAT adventurous. My previous dogs would have loved this diet though.
maybe you could do a recipe with just chicken if you wanted to try something like this (minus some secreting organs like kidneys or pancreas of course but everything else can be sourced from that one protein)
did you keep that amount (2lbs) consistent even when they've dipped into the 100lb+ range or did you up the amount a bit at that point?
Thank you!!
Is this feeding once a day? I’m looking to transfer over to raw for my two boys.
Once a day

trying to finally switch to raw for my pupperoo. so with this meal you only feed your dog once a day?
Here is my question, I have a pup, can I put the raw food in the blender?
So are these amounts per day, or per serving? Thank you for the video
Both. They are fed once a day
@@travisandalyssahopper8300
4:01 thank you for the screenshot on the amounts and weight...I have a 12 pounder so it should be easy to match it out ... Both of us are working on going Raw Carnivore, well, I have been mostly Carnivore - 80% raw salmon for about 15 years minus a few test years where I went downhill eating plants, and normal food ...
Now down to about 10 or 20 percent and working on more raw organ meats, egg yolks ( no whites - causes nausea and allergy symptoms???)
So basically I am working on SHARING the good stuff with my pack-buddy...
@@travisandalyssahopper8300what are your thoughts on raw salmon versus raw salmon skin? I see that bears prefer the skin over the entire salmon when there is plenty during a salmon run... I have food sensitivity myself and have found that I can NOT handle the skin raw or cooked in anyway for more than a few days to a week not sure why... I assume that the type of fat, or other is the issue (nature programs claim bears eating the salmon skin for the fat content - and they do contain an oil when cooked- but it is still a pretty thin peice of food/hard to imagine) ...I occasionally cut the skin from a half pound section into strips and give over a day or two to him, seems fine in this amount once a week or so...
@@travisandalyssahopper8300I have however done a bit of "reading" on sardines, mackerel and other marine/saltwater fish and found that about half of the species contain a substance known as thiaminase ("ase" is the key part - it means that it is an enzyme that breaks down the thiamine)
Thiaminase breaks down vitamin B-1 / thiamine ... I have even asked multiple carnivore channels that have pushed the Sardine heavy versions about this and have only heard silence...
I love sardines myself, and the only other thing that I have seen pop up that was **curious** was a clip of Joe Rogan talking about eating a couple cans of Sardines a night for a while and his doctor asking him why his blood work came back with "high amounts" of Arsenic. ... doctor said it was very likely that it was from the Sardines as Sardines are high in Arsenic... He cut them from his diet and then three months later I believe he said he had his blood work done again and no Arsenic/normal range...
Not sure how to consider this in respect to dogs AND it looks like you have raw sardines? So perhaps there is a big difference on raw versus canned or perhaps the locally available source/species that you are getting too ...
Some species of sardines have/make thiaminase and other species do not (same with all the other species as well, some have it and other species do not) - historically this was part of the scurvy on boats story that is left out of the edited/watered down history books... Vitamin B-1 and vitamin C are both CRITICAL/ESSENTIAL for cellular function - to make ATP (the energy molecule of the cell/out entire body) requires BOTH vitamin C and vitamin B-1 in order for this function to occur ( known as the Kreb's cycle ) ....
@@travisandalyssahopper8300after rewatching I realized I missed a few details - one that caught my attention is the pork that you have the dog that was having trouble "keeping weight' - pork is *"relatively high in vitamin B-1 / Thiamine"* ...perhaps the weight keeping issue "could" have been that particular dog was more susceptible to thiaminase in the sardines...?
Not trying to play vet or anything, just VERY curious - I struggle with all kinds of health issues that require supplements and Digestive enzymes and stomach acid replacement pills (Achlorhydria) and taught Anatomy & Physiology for over 20 years so I am always in "learning" mode about this stuff... I know it's probably not an experiment you want to run without a digital scale to check the weight of your dog, but I am wondering if you still feed the sardines or other and how it is going - also, I realize that regardless of what you have or haven't changed that it may not mean anything/may not satisfy the question I have in my mind, so I thank you for sharing your video and welcome any response you give. Thanks.

We’ve never seen our dogs sick from raw grocery store food! We give a little bit of pork and eggs for fat!
You should not give your dogs raw pork
My dogs eat raw pork at times I never had any problems, what’s wrong with pork?
Because chicken and pork contain salmonella that's why and even though dogs systems are such they can eat the food raw or frozen you can't do it as there is a likelihood of salmonella in chicken fish fresh caught or farm raised wild caught is good except what does the animal eat gets into your dogs intestines unless you're gonna worm every month. My standard poodle is having issues adjusting to raw food. Her teeth have a hard time crunching the bones. She won’t eat hearts, gizzards, feet, raw chicken wings. Her eyes have been watery, which makes me believe she is having a hard time digesting the raw food. I have had to start semi cooking the food. Talk about gas!!! She has it bad. She can clear the room!!! I just started her back to a little kibble and put a can of cooked chicken mixed in and poured some warm bone broth over it all. She left the kibble behind. So I let my lab finish it. He eats anything. I’m thinking My poodle really prefers cooked food. But I can’t give her cooked wings. She loves the raw bone’s with the marrow inside. Does anyone else have any experience with their dog not liking a total raw diet? Any tips would be helpful, because my husband wants me to quit taw completely.
One of my 3 dogs has a very sensitive stomach and if I give him raw he gets diarrhea, so I bought a meat grinder and I grind everything: muscle meat, chicken necks (for the bone part), liver, other secreting organs I can source, chicken hearts, a few veggies and then I gently cook everything in the crockpot. My dog stools are firm, not stinky and my oldest dog with bad teeth has no problem eating it as well. Maybe you could try something like this as well if you dont want to feed him kibble anymore

1lbs 5oz of food bag a day ? Or 2 time a day?
Only once per day
Strange , I've had animals attack and kill my chickens and not a single one has ever eaten the feet 🤔 what nutrition is in the feet
Thank you for this video. Some questions, please.
Who developed this diet for your dogs? Do you know for sure that it's nutritionally sound? Have you had blood panels done since you've been feeding them this diet and what were the results?
Developed this diet? We did some research and came up with these food items based off what we could find in grocery stores near me. We do not know for sure if it’s nutritionally sound, but based off of research it should be close. I did tell their vet about the diet and she supported it. No blood work done though. Dogs seem happy and healthier since being on the diet.
Why feet when u are already feeding bone
ALL meat? How long have you been feeding them that? Seems like they should need fiber, and others things that meat can't provide. How did you come to feed them that? Was there a source that said that is a good diet? Or is it something you created on your own?
- all meat- meat, bones, organs and whole fish.
-Been feeding them this diet for 2 years with no health issues.
-Sometimes they get cooked carrots throughout the week and other vegetables/fruit whenever we meal prep for ourselves. But I don’t think they need a lot of it on the raw diet.
- we came to feeding them this way when my one dog would not stop having diarrhea. We tried 3 different kibble brands and nothing worked. Once we tried raw food on her, her diarrhea was gone.
- there are many sources online and on RUclips that you’ll find more information about raw food.
It's important to remember that dogs are different from people in their diets. This is their biologically appropriate diet that they are naturally capable of consuming safely. Extra supplements are recommended, but the same would apply for people. We can't get all our vitamins from food either.
I actually don't suppliment. I get all my nutrients from food, and track it through Cronometer.
For dogs, Dr. Becker says the worst diet you can feed your dog is an unbalanced raw/homemade diet. She has a video showing what a complete diet entails.
@@themamabearlife3339 Dr. Becker has been affiliated with the quack Dr. Mercola for many years, so I would not trust her as a reliable source on anything.
@The Mama Bear Life dogs are fine eating just protein and fat. This idea animals need plants is basically rubbish, they would eat grass on their own if they did need something but dogs don't really need plants this is just brain wash
I can see this working if the dog isn’t conditioned to cooked/dry food or if you start while they are pups. Tried this similar recipe for small toy breeds & all four of my babies looked like they wanted to fight me 😂😂😂 I tried 🤷🏼♀️
I've taken in many dogs that were kibble fed their whole lives & transitioned them onto 100% raw diets. SOME dog's definitely can be a little difficult and picky lol but, they won't let themselves starve!! It may go a day without a meal, that's no biggie. Just gives it's body time to clear out & be hungry the next day. If the dog KNOWS you aren't going to give in & feed something different, they'll eat the raw! And once they start, they begin to love it. You can 100% tell they feel better when they eat what they're meant to.
I feel so spoiled now, my puppy Connie refused to endure the gentle process of switching her food to raw lol, she turned her nose up at her commercial food the day we brought her home and wanted the raw NOW!
No shit……😂
Start by slowly transitioning to wet food. Then slowly transition to GROUND UP raw food. They will likely NEVER be able to eat a bowl of whole chicken legs and whole bones, but they can be transitioned to ground up raw food. Make sure you are also including sources of veggies and fiber though. Please talk to your vet first regardless.
I notice no vegetables or pumpkin
Probably doesn’t hurt to put pumpkin in. You can give your dog vegetables too if you think they need it.
How many times a day do you feed them?

Not often, but does happen. When they do choke, they cough it up immediately and continue eating.
Why am I afraid to feed uncooked food ?
Dogs stomachs contain extra enzymes that can break down raw meat, something humans are missing. You also have to remember that dogs are descendants of wolves. They kill and eat other animals. We have bred dogs to become house pets but if you trace their DNA and history they are from wolves.

Again, how can people afford to feed their dogs raw foods? Do you know how much a thing of chicken is now how much a thing of beef is now how much a thing of turkey it’s now a pound of hamburger is seven dollars turkey is even ridiculous chicken. It can be up to $12 a pound wherever depending on where you live And all the other ingredients you are talking about a $70 meal $70-$80 per meal that’s ridiculous you figure the hamburger a pound is seven dollars a pound of turkey is anywhere from eight to $10 a pound of giblets or hearts, or whatever is four dollars and five dollars and then the vegetables dude it’s ridiculous. There’s no way a dog can eat better than a human although I love my dogs I can’t afford it I can’t I have a German shepherd maybe you have a little tiny dog and that would last a month but it would last me two weeks. I feed them twice a day, almost 2 1/2 cups per meal between both of them
The larger the dog is harder to feed raw. You can also feed your dog kibble and just throw in some chicken liver and some other smaller cheaper pieces of raw food (gizzards, chicken feet, etc).
Add stuff to kibble.
Don’t follow this, not well balanced at all.
Can you tell us how this is not balanced at all? I’m always open to new suggestions.
There are a few essential nutrients for dogs that cannot be met unless you supplement or feed whole prey. Things like Iodine, Vitamin E, Manganese, Zinc and Vitamin D. A channel I have found super helpful is Paws of Prey, She does SO many videos on different food sources, balancing and why each nutrient is necessary for both dogs and cats of different age groups. She also has a free cheat sheet on her website to help balance and build your raw meals! Another website that is also very helpful is Perfectly Rawsome, they have guides on how to properly balance meals for puppies, adult dogs, kittens and adult cats based on the NRC (National Research Council) guidelines. It covers all of the different nutrients, vitamins and minerals requirements as well as whole foods you can use to meet these nutrient requirements. There is also guides on supplements you can use if you cannot find those whole foods in your area easily. Hope this is helpful!
People are so funny. This video isn’t about supplements. It’s showing how to feed raw. THE VIDEO STATES RAW NOT SUPPLEMENTS. Lol
@@brianahagen6351 well, a good part of feeding raw is making sure the diet is nutritionally balanced and complete, so unless you can use whole foods to meet all of these vitamins/nutrients then its essential to supplement them. It’s what raw feeding is, when you choose to feed a raw, homemade diet, it is your responsibility to make sure your dog or cat is getting all the nutrients they need to be healthy. If you can’t do that or aren’t willing to learn then you shouldn’t be feeding a raw diet.
@@lozi_chops it's there call, they will decide what to feed there dog and what not too, every dog is different for example my dog cannot digest raw meat so I don't feed him...
I’m not understanding the raw feeding .I mean dogs will eat his own shit or another dog shit so why not just add some other dogs shit to the food
