Part 2: • Chingy Reacts to Makin...
--------
In this clip, St. Louis-based rapper Chingy shares some of his dietary/workout secrets along with the mental approach that he's adopted, which has allowed him to maintain such a youthful appearance over the years. From there, he reveals why people have begun to call him "Benjamin Button" and what prompted him to take on a healthy lifestyle, why he respects animals so much, and his choice to become vegan.
Moving along, Chingy reflects back on his upbringing in St. Louis (surrounded by drugs, poverty, and gang-banging) before explaining his family dynamics. From there, he reveals that Eazy-E, DJ Quick, and Michael Jackson were his biggest inspirations. Then, he explains how the Bloods street gang from Los Angeles became a part of his family's legacy in St. Louis. This prompts him to take a deeper dive into the influence of L.A. gang culture in St. Louis by referring to a classic song by Ice Cube called "My Summer VacationIce." Lastly, Chingy talks about his father, who is a well-known OG in the area.

i got a chance to meet chingy back in 2006 in Toronto when he was promoting pullin me back off Hoodstar. He signed every autograph, took every picture, and took time to chat with everyone. i still got the pic and autograph in a frame. 1 of the nicest most humble people I've met.
Wow that autographed pic is gonna be worth a lot of money one day

That song One Call Away was a classic!
I noticed that he repeat every question that’s asked to him. That’s crucial on having the best, thought out answers.
He knows how to do these interviews like a profesional for sure
Everyone doesn't have to do that lol
@@TruthTellerTV whats your point? Lol
@@maxpainmedia I just made it. It’s not “crucial” on having the best thought out answer for everyone. Pretty straightforward.
Or it can also be a stall tactic to come up with an answer, were some right off the point have an answer because they're so sure
Chingy is a legend in my opinion. He had the game on lock for a few years

Not consuming too much sugar and milk is key. The meat is often filled with hormones. Controling one’s thoughts and words. With that, Look at the skin and waste line of adults who drink milk, organic or not, on a regular basis. Young adults can better process it especially if they are athletic, but later on in life take caution. Meat is more relevant for some than others. It’s not essential for everyone.
