Torque control is used to achieve constant force / torque. It can be set by digital or analog signals. This video covers the digital input setup.
I did a modification of the juice press I made last year. It was kind of working but that was not what I was expecting. Recently I decided to modify the drive from stepper motor and belt to AC servo with a 1:30 reducer. Now with about 72Nm on the screw it works great, maintaining a constant pressure. This project is now finished.

Witam Pana takie pytanie z innej beczki, co się dzieje z tą zielona tokarka DIY cnc nic pan nie nagrywa o niej a szkoda bo fajny projekt
Witam! Tamtej tokarki już raczej modyfikować nie będę. Pracuję teraz nad drugą tokarką domowej roboty, nieco bardziej przemyślanej (bazując na błędach z pierwszej) . Tamta posłuży mi pewnie jeszcze do wykonania paru części, póki nie uruchomię tej nowej. A potem jeżeli wszystko pójdzie z planem, to pewnie pójdzie ta pierwsza na części :)
It is possible to control torque usina the analog input for maximum force adjustment and a digital input for forward and reverse?
Yes, I think it should be able. Adjusting torque with analog input 0-10V and digital input for command inverting. That should work I guess. Check t3l manual (available at google) for more info.

Eu vou usar um servo motor desses para rotacionar um prato de aço, tem como ligar ele e desligar e controlar a velocidade só pelo servo driver ou usando um interruptor e um potenciômetro, sem precisar de uma placa controladora e um computador? Depende do que você precisa exatamente. Uma velocidade constante ou variável. Ou variável por etapas ou regulagem suave. Você pode conseguir muito com o próprio driver. Confira o manual do T3L - há muitas informações lá. Eu consegui o que você vê usando, na verdade, apenas o driver servo e alguns botões. Posso não ter tempo suficiente, pois recentemente estou muito ocupado com meu projeto em andamento. Se você tiver mais perguntas - talvez eu possa ajudá-lo
@@GBWM_CNC Eu preciso de uma velocidade constante, porém preciso ligar ele cedo e deixar ele trabalhando durante o dia todo, então preciso aprender só como fazer essa configuração, o jog dele eu fiz mas preciso aprender como fazer para deixar ele rodando sozinho, obrigado.

Pewnie jak wpakuję ten silnik do maszyny, to nagram jeszcze o tym materiał, ale to wszystko wymaga czasu :)
@@GBWM_CNC Witam, bardzo dziękuję za tak szybką odpowiedź, nadmienię tylko że jestem hobbystą amatorem w pełnie tego słowa znaczeniu i zapewne jest wielu takich jak ja oglądających Pański kanał z zapartum tchem i obawą czy wszystko będzie zrozumiałe.Czekam z niecierpliwością na film taki "łopatologiczny" w temacie adaptacji servomotoru jako napędu w małej/średniej tokarce zamiast tradycyjnego silnika. Mam tokarkę w pełni konwencjonalną chciałbym zmienić tylko napęd.Kupiłem nawet zestaw servomotor+sterownik 1kW
@@jantatarski5716 Rozumiem, chodzi o to, żeby podmienić oryginalny napęd wrzeciona tylko. No to powiem tak - ruclips.net/video/1LvyNeu3kyk/видео.html tutaj pokazałem, jak wygląda konfiguracja parametrów w trybie prędkości (speed). Poza tym trzeba by zorganizować potencjometr lub coś, co ma na wyjściu 0-10V. Zobaczymy co wyjdzie mi z mojej maszyny - być może wtedy też będę mógł powiedzieć coś więcej jak się to sprawuje itd. Jak znajdę kiedyś wolny moment, to postaram się pokazać jak podłączyć taki potencjometr ale w tym momencie mam tyle roboty, że ciężko powiedzieć kiedy znajdę chwilkę na to.

Em 0:53 você pode ver no exemplo de fiação - o fio verde (L1) é energizado e o fio azul (L2) é neutro. É um pouco confuso - não sei por que o fabricante assinou assim

hi i have lichuan servo motor and i dont know how to set parameter to work with my GRBL. cnc controller would you know how to get the parameters set. i can private message you happy to pay for time
i didn't use lichuan servos yet, sadly. But the manuals are usually enough to get everything working
il mutismo, la velocità della ripresa, le riprese con le dita sovrapposte e la sovrapposizione di immagini ( collegamenti al 24 DC) non aiutano a comprendere le operazioni svolte. Sicuramente il filmato è fatto con buone intenzioni, tuttavia, poco chiaro e tutto da interpretare
Sto cercando di migliorare ogni video. Questo video è stato realizzato durante il rapido processo di modifica della macchina per mio padre: quest'anno ha spremuto credo circa 0,5 tonnellate di mele (o anche di più). I vostri suggerimenti sono benvenuti: cercherò di non commettere questi errori. Se avete domande, fatemi sapere: potrei essere in grado di aiutarvi :)
@@GBWM_CNC Grazie per il riscontro, effettivamente avrei una necessità. Devo motorizzare una ruota folle, con il motorer e il drivers, HLT3D, cosi da poter farla girare alla velocità di una ruota motrice esistente. Come posso collegare il motore al drivers, senza ulteriori schede? Grazie per un consiglio o aiuto.
@@flaviobonacorsi8847 La ruota folle deve essere azionata? Di solito sono passive, ho pensato. Comunque, credo dipenda dall'applicazione. Come viene azionata l'altra ruota? Impulso/direzione? Immagino che potrebbe essere necessario un encoder o il segnale di ingresso di un altro motore.
@@GBWM_CNC esatto, la ruota folle deve essere azionata con il motore e il dirvers, la ruota motrice è totalemte indipendente da questo azionamento, e funziona con un suo motore e azionamento. In pratica l aruota folle diventa motorizzata e deve seguire gli stessi giri della ruota "madre"
@@flaviobonacorsi8847 allora penso che dovresti cercare un encoder incrementale con cui collegarlo alla ruota folle. Quindi calcola il rapporto di trasmissione interno nel servo driver considerando entrambe le dimensioni delle ruote, velocità ecc. Questi servo possono usare segnali di uscita dell'encoder incrementale (tipo transistor, non driver di linea) e usarli come ingresso a impulsi (modalità posizione). per maggiori dettagli controlla il manuale del servo T3A (link nella descrizione).
