Thanks very much for putting this together. My 1st drone will be this Air 3S and quite excited to receive it hopefully in a week. For a newbie it would have been great to see propeller installation, battery charging process, drone to controller sync, etc. (and maybe more light on the countertop to really showcase all the boxes items). Thoroughly enjoyed this 👍🏻
Hello Bill great video about the Air 3S👍, but I see moire effect on roofs and general stuttering in the video. The moire effect is also mentioned in some other YT video’s from Italy and the problem could be the fact that DJI not uses a anti aliasing filter on the Air 3S or low bitrate? My Air 3 does not have stuttering and moire effect at all. I will keep flying it this year at least or longer. If there is a problem with the Air 3S model I hope DJI can solve it. I think I will skip the Air 3S model for now, maybe buy it later if problems can be solved or wait for a newer model with more real upgrades. The Lidar sensor is not needed by me. A lot of good flights with the Air 3S. Greetings from 🇳🇱
Hi Bill, nice review video, thank you for sharing. While your video is set to 4k 30fps, the video looks like it has a slight stutter when moving under controller control. The video however looks smooth when doing the RTH. My Air 3s had a very serious video stutter, now returned to DJI for refund.
Thank you. I am new to this. I did a compass and IMU calibration by mistake after setting my air 3s up. Don’t know if I did them right. Will the drone let me know if the calibration were not successful? Great video by the way.
