To think, if that friend hadn’t asked Bob to go to see his friend perform to an audience of three above a pub in South London, then Bob would have spent his life as a solicitor and all of our lives would have been much poorer. How many talented comedians have we missed due to the necessity of the daily grind? I’m so grateful that fate led Bob in this particular direction. Without Bob, Vic may well have remained performing to friends and family at free gigs supported by amateur violinists and flamenco enthusiasts.

As a close personal friend of Mr Henry I can confirm that he being mentioned in this skit has caused the formation of a bitter, and I'm sorry to say, violent feud between Lenworth and Messrs Reeves and Mortimer. Sadly after what happened in March 2019, any chance of a thawing of tensions is gone for good. I won't go into details.....suffice it to say Jim's actions will never be forgotten.
