    Roselli was actually found in Dumbfoundling Bay which is the intracoastal waterway that runs between N. Miami and Sunny Isles in Northeast Miami Dade County approx 4 miles North of the city of Miami Beach and 2-3 Miles south of Hallendale in Broward County. Biscayne Bay ends South of South Beach where it connects with the beginning of the intracoastal waterway. The drum Roselli was found in washed up in the mangroves on the West side of the Bay at about N.E. 188 -189 on the unincorporated /N. Miami side which is now the southern tip of the City of Aventura.

    God I fucking love this channel so much. Far and away the best mob content out there. Been following you guys for years and you’ve always just stayed consistent reporting mob news- old and new. Instead of getting caught up in talking about “other mob channels” like some ppl do. Or like Armchair MBA did- totally fell off the map and rebranded into some nonsense lol. Sammy was cool for awhile until he ran outta stories. I respect the hell outta what Franzese has done but let’s be honest- the guy hasn’t been that interesting for years.
    Just wanna say- thanks for being you. Thanks for talking about families outside of NYC and not talking about John Gotti all the time. You guys are literally the only channel who cover the entire nation as far as LCN and globally with other crime groups. No other channel is as diverse with their content and that’s ultimately what keeps me coming back. Along with Scott and Jimmys knowledge and humility. Appreciate you guys keepin it a buck and puttin in the work.

    Shout out from Northville, Michigan. One of the unsolved mob hits in the Detroit area happened the spring before Hoffa disappeared, Harvey Leach, who’s body was found in his car trunk at 13 Mile and Southfield Road has always intrigued me. It’s part of Detroit mob lore because the cast of characters were rumored to be some of the same involved in Hoffa’s disappearance. Any insight on who the hitters were on this one? I grew up in the area so I’ve always been curious as we used to see the guys tv commercials all the time.

      @djquinn11 Год назад

      IMO, not the trigger man but likely lured Hoffa into the car. Definitely a “fishy” story about the blood. Didn’t they find some of Hoffa’s hair in the trunk? And the car was Giacalone’s sons?

    Roselli was a low level affiliate of the Chicago family prior to his California relocation (author J. Michael Niotta discusses his early activities in an article on NCS)
    Due to his association with Jack Dragna, who also was well-connected to Capone and Chicago LCN figures, Roselli was an influential Los Angeles member (he sponsored Aladena Fratianno & Louie Piscopo in 1947 for membership in SoCal) but was never a captain in the family
    He later transferred to Chicago because of issues with Dragna successor Frank DeSimone, in 1956

And the bloke identified Roselli as his cia handler with a totally different name.make of that what you will.

    I have an idea for an episode, it seems like a lot of crews carelessly involved loosely connected people in hits and it ended up hurting the family. Maybe you could cover some of these bad decisions. Example: Phil Leonetti killing Vincent Falcone
