Stanmore II is the most versatile speaker in the Marshall line-up and is perfect for any room, big or small. It delivers on the promise of high-performance sound that is synonymous with the Marshall name. Stanmore II produces clean and precise audio, even at the highest levels, due to advanced components such as two 15 watt class D amplifiers powering its tweeters and a 50 watt class D amplifier to drive its mighty subwoofer. With Bluetooth 5.0 and Qualcomm® aptX™ technology you can play your music in glorious, stereo sound with no wires required. Classic Marshall details such as a textured vinyl covering, salt & pepper fret and the iconic script logo adorn Stanmore II’s sturdy wooden frame. Located on the front of the speaker is a brass plate, proudly etched with the establishment date of 1962 - a subtle nod to the brand’s heritage and over 50 years of loud. - Видеоклипы
In case someone is wondering if these speakers can be coupled while connected to RCA or AUX, this is the answer I got from Marshall
“If you are using them coupled, the only possible source is Bluetooth. It isn't possible to connect to a set of coupled speakers via RCA or 3.5 mm auxiliary input.
In theory it is possible to connect multiple Marshall speakers to a device if you use a cable with splitters: audio source ---> (RCA or Auxiliary) cable with splitters ---> Marshall speakers.
The splitter will take 100% of the audio signal and send 50% to one speaker and 50% to the other speaker. “
Hope it helps
That connectivity tip you're looking for: To connect your device to the STANMORE II, make sure that bluetooth mode is selected (switching by single-pushing the source button). Make sure your device's (Iphone/android/pc etc) bluetooth is on and then long-press the source button on your speaker untill it makes a funny pairing sound. Then select it from your device bluetooth list, pair and there you go, enjoy that marshall sound :)
Omg thanks!!!! It worked
THANK YOUUU THANK YOUUU
fantastic! thank you! I don't know why they don't list this anywhere.
Hi..just want to ask ..is stanmore can connect to microphone
Incredible sound! So happy with this speaker
How's the outdoor performance? "Can it use for street performer"
Does it still work at high levels?
bought it second handed. its been working perfectly.
Does it still work at high levels?
just bought this! it's lit!
How much and how loud
@@yourmom-cn8ex pretty expensive but acceptably loud
does it still work at high levels?
I just got stanmore II. Worth every cent. If you are going to buy marshall bluetooth speakers, than go for stanmore or woburn.
Why not Acton II?
does it still work at high levesl?
One day I'll get this
@hey it's pete Maybe he got it

@@Martin915_ coz of karaoke n other features?
@@theVtube10 not really I just liked it because of its built-in battery
Do I need the marshall app to connect my tv with the speaker via bluetooth
This does NOT go into detail on the Multi-host functionality which could be a big feature. If I was to connect a MAC and a Windows for example HOW do I switch between sources? If it is automatic then house seamless is it really and how does it prioritise?
Hey guys does anyone know of the Marshall portable speakers are similar to their guitar amps as I have owned an amp for
Them before and the sound was resonating with me
More than any speaker I’ve ever owned
Please add HDMI
Unfortunately, there's no way to get the app for this on your pc. You have to have a smartphone. Not everyone has one, believe it or not. For the price of these speakers, I can't believe they wouldn't have an app for PCs. Seems it would be easy enough to do.
My Stanmore lasted less than one year.. Suddenly no more bluetooth connectivity and no sound at all with aux.. Any suggestions?
Just simply push and hold the bluetooth button for 3 seconds, it will recognize your devices. It finally figured this out after months
@ it is suppossed to work like that but not anymore. No sound connecting from any source and no answer from marshall
@@Lucho956 send it back
managed to fix? did you use it very often at high volume?
I have downloaded the app and followed the instructions but I cannot get the music on my phone to play through the speaker.
Catherine Ankenbrandt ive been sitting here for an hour trying to connect
I had some trouble as well. Make sure your phone is fully charged and set it next to the speakers. I had to try quite a few times but it finally worked .
Same here doesn’t work
I am using two Stanmore 2 bluetooth and tested setup as Ambient and stereo mode. However, I noticed instability of the bluetooth connection between the two speakers. Anyone can help to advise on my setup?
Me too
Does it come in Dobly?
Bluetooth using aptX codec is NOT lossless as you advertise (0:47) in this video ! !
aptX-HD is lossless
Edit: Near lossless
@@pauliusuza yes but the Marshall Stanmore II does NOT support aptX-HD so it doesn't matter. (In fact aptX-HD is "lossy" as well but it's a hybrid so it's called "near lossless")
@@pauliusuza no. Only ldac is lossless
@@albertweedsteinthethuggeni7797 it's not even high res www.soundguys.com/ldac-ultimate-bluetooth-guide-20026/

would really love to know how I could get the bluetooth to work on my pc, thanks in advance
who is the band playing? really like the music!
Roller Boo Hag from South Carolina! They’re on Spotify and itunes.
could bluetooth connect to youtube?
Does it need a pre amplifier in order to be connected to an old turntable?
yes
Hi there!Question... i have an Audiotechnica bt turntable. So i want to buy 2x Stanmore II , pair em and play via bt ftom my turntable.Have anyone try this?Is there a delay between monitors?Any help from @Marshall?
when you update the stereos with graphene membrane? I really like the sound and the deasing but please dont stay back in technologie. Ahh and Stanmore with battery will be nice optional or any pack wich include battery.
No.
No wires required? That’s true if you don’t want to plug in the power cable so that it can work.
Why the funk is there no equalizer in the marshall bluetooth app as advertised? I can’t adjust anything from the app except the volume??
I have an Amazon echo studio, how does this compare?
Which is better killburn 2, stanmore or woburn?
Woburn
Hey guys is there a way I can talk on the phone without my music stopping
Die Bluetooth App funktioniert nicht mit meinem iPad Pro und iOS 13.5 🤔
Mit dem Samsung S7 und Android 8 funktioniert Bluetooth ohne Probleme.
Three little letters that blow this speaker out of the water: JBL
I cannot use the app. It doesn’t work. Bluetooth can connect to the speaker but the app cannot recognise the speaker :(
Just simple push and hold the bluetooth button for 3 seconds, it will recognize your devices. It finally figured this out after months
Same
@ wow. thank you. was so close to scream because I couldn't figure out why the box wouldn't play music. THANK YOU!
Does it go up to 11?
Looks better idea then Sonos or Bose
When I got this amp my volume knob won’t go high or Low stays the same level, but when I use the the phone I’m able to go high and low volume and control it from there, it’s there something wrong with my volume knob because the bass and treble works fine without using the phone, any one can help me out what’s wrong?
You need to update the speaker firmware
This is done intentionally. A lot of speakers do this in order to prevent volume overload.
does anyone lnow if it is possible to stereo connect 2 stanmore´s and then hook ONE speaker up through RCA and still play in stereo through RCA input ?
I had the same question and this is the answer I got from Marshall

Anyone else having a nightmare time connecting with the Marshall Bluetooth App??? I get the speaker paired but it just plays on my phone, not the speaker even though it says it is paired! RUBBISH
Yeah it was tough but I ended up getting it… not sure how though 😂

Can I conect a CD player to the RCA input?
Yes. Rca and 3.5mm
It's so hard to get Bluetooth working
I can’t get mine to work
what happened?
Mine died after 2 years and only being switched on very few times. Waste of money
Thats all very good, but why does it not connect to Bluetooth? Also trying the App, just keeps saying Connect / Connecting
Killer
Can’t connect my ipad

@ you saved my life!
O Marshall parece não tem rádio
The highest fall extremely short of impressive, they don't even come close to matching the output of the bass. It's really not good for all genres of music. I'm not impressed. Pairing two of them together, because my dumbass bought two, one will cut in and out all day and there are the same room. I wouldn't recommend this speaker anyone that's listening to anything other than bass music
The highs*
The worst speaker. Big problems with connectivity.
Only design and bla bla....
Worst purchase I ever made
This thing sucks.
Made in China. Not perfect at all. Has no handle no battery.
it's not a portable speaker :)
Aleks K Not made in China.. If you want with battery and handle (guitar strap style). Buy the Stockwell 1 or 2. They are the smallest Marshall portable speaker as far as I know or the Killburn 1 or 2, the largest Marshall portable speaker. I have Killburn 1 and I like it very much 🤘
So true ! I suggest you go live in a place without made in China staff . Good trip . Sniff sniff
Is this bigger than the acton2?
Which is better killburn 2, stanmore or woburn?
if money isnt an issue get the WOBURN.
