It’s funny how you mentioned how it’s giving Astronaut vibe Because I was thinking how the way Jin sung “there’s a way” and “don’t forget” is almost similar to how he sung “you and me” in Astronaut. Even both MVs, you can connect: In the Astronaut, Jin was an alien who crash landed on Earth. And he chooses to stay instead of boarding the spaceship cause Earth is his home now and he’s happy. The ship leaves without him. The song was a goodbye for now before he left, for ARMYs In this MV: the world is now ending but Jin is living the final days happy. Cause he’s still at home and….of course happy. The song and album pretty much marks his full return “home” to ARMYs.
This mv always makes me teary! From what I understood in the mv, Jin was doing the things he wanted to do with his loved one before the end of the world happened... watching a movie with his dog was one of them.
This song is so amazing so beautiful and the only song completely in English!!! In his last live he explains that the concept of the video originally he was supposed to die at the end but he felt like Army would be said, so last minute they changed it to it being a movie that he is watching with the dog at the end.💜🪄
