This song always gets my adrenalin pumping, especially when they do it live. I think many armies would be in agreement with you on the 'Beautiful chaos' comment. That phrase pretty much sums up a lot of BTS activities, live performances, etc!😁 I also thought you were spot on in your little chat about compromising on musical exactitude & perfection to achieve something more spontaneous....more freer, wilder, more fun, creative & actually more pleasing for the audience to witness & feel they are connecting more to the heart of the group, & their characters as individuals too. I think it also shows the confidence of performers in themselves & their music to be able to embrace the chaos in that way.👍🏻 Such fun!🤩😍
Sometime, check out the live version of this they did a year or 2 ago at a concert where in the middle of the song, V tips some water on JK, & Jk ends up chasing V to get revenge! It really works in context for me.💜

So happy to see you back! I know you have talked about wanting to go to a concert so I wanted to let you know they will be showing their Busan concert in theaters in February. Tickets will go on sale next month. It’s so much fun because ARMY makes it feel like a concert in the theater

One of my favorite things is watching people greet the guys. Their bias if they have one, but just in general - I love the "that's my man!" moments and also everyone who just literally says hi.

One of my other favorites things is the stage of learning their names when people just shout the names of everyone when they show up 😂

Every performance of So What is chaotic, and I love it. They’ve had water fights, they’ve attacked others with smoke guns. It’s just a good time every time they perform it.

You need to see them perform Boyz with Fun or Attack on Bangtan in Japan - those performances are the most fun i've ever seen them on stage! they're hilarious. i just love the chemistry between them all you can tell it's genuine

This song is SO much fun to see live!! I saw them back in April (in Vegas), and this song was hands-down one of the best moments during the concert. The energy was amazing; the Tannies were jumping all over the place and shooting us with confetti guns - and yes, I took some confetti home with me 😂 BTS really have the best concerts ever. The energy and love you feel from them and ARMY is unmatched. Plus, talent. So much talent. I’m so thankful for those seven men 💜

jungkook is the one who doing the harmony, he is the main vocal and center of the group, he do a lot of harmony for every song

Sometimes one of the others does take a high harmony and it's hard to tell who but the vibrato gave it away for me.
It's actually Jin up there quite a bit, but he was on the melody for this one 😂
@Evan Tesseract actually in this song the high note is always Jungkook. Jin was a lower note but in the high one it's always Jk in every version of it.

All of them like to add adlibs during their concerts, but the ones who most often do harmonies are either Jungkook or Jimin, or both. In this one, the one you were asking about was JK. But Jimin also did a little bit earlier in the video.

So What is my absolute favorite song of theirs as well. I love the message it sends. I was lucky enough to see them in Vegas in April and the energy of the place just amped up when they performed this. You can tell they also enjoy letting go a little and just have fun on stage. This and Anpanman are just fun songs to watch live.
They usually do some amazing choreography for some songs and then they just wanna enjoy the concert with the fans 💜

Watch the other live performance, where V is at the main stage preparing to playfully run down stage and the huge fireworks show. This is one of my favorite BTS moment.
As an Army since early 2017, I've listened to all of their songs a million times and So what (and answer: Love myself) is my all time favorite!!!! It gives me so much positive energy whenever I felt down!!! A masterpiece!!!!
Watching JK walking behind JH and imitating his move reminds me of videos where JK imitates all of his Hyungs so perfectly. JK is spot on and his Hyungs agree. He is SO hilarious! You've gotta see it and react to it!
In concerts it's a lot of just jumping around, goofing and having fun. It is more in TV performances and award show performances they are doing their full choreo's. I love to see that they are always very relaxed, having fun and interacting with eachother., It's also lovely to see how they feed eachother with their goofing around.

You should definitely watch a whole concert! They always do a mix of well-prepared and choreographed segments, high energy non-choreo songs like this one, as well as more mellow and beautiful songs.
Thank you for reacting to this one, So What is in my fav Top 5 BTS songs and JK as libs in the live are amazing, Tae & Jin do something different in that part at the end at every concert & Jimin ending fairy is always different but Yoongi mostly teases him throughout it.

I appreciate it! I’m only interested in vids that are worth the time. Tbh I only get so much while working on our music, but I genuinely enjoy watching these guys and interacting w/ Army. And yes, it definitely adds to our listener-base, but I really do enjoy breaking down their performances!

LOVE that Hobi made the last word Jimin's nickname: Mochi!
One of the songs that gets the guys and crowd so hyped. There is pacing to their concerts and at the end they dress down casually for the last set in concert merch like tee shirts/hats/jackets whatever they each choose and it’s part of winding down the concert and is less formal. And songs that are fun hunt still meaningful lyrics/messages). Some of the most fun I’ve seen is during this song. Even without live crowds at Muster Swoozoo Taehyung dunked a whole bottle of water on Jungkook and they had a water fight and running chase of each other (without missing a single lyric somehow).
So What is one of my top favorite motivational and in the shower song! BTS just know how to energize the fans.💜

Now when I hear it, I enjoy the sound too... How does that work? I find it puzzling that the way I perceive their words and energy world also affect how much I like the melody. I wonder if it's like when someone dear makes you food and it doesn't taste really good, but you still feel like it tastes amazing because they made it and you feel their love?? I'll stop typing because the ADHD it taking over lol 🤣

One favorite was in sowozooo ...an online concert but they performed it outdoors...it’s so fun they started throwing water at each other and there was an amazing chase of jk and V! It was amazing!
