Subscriber here. Nice finishes and floorplan! I especially like the space for a dishwasher. Also a great location between Boquete and David. Traffic noise is an issue, but could be mitigated, as you suggest. Questions: 1) 1:00 - What kind of roof is that, and does it offer any sound insulation against a heavy downpour? 2) Are the windows and sliders dual pane? 3) Boquete's climate is famously temperate, but can be chilly at night and early morning, as well as damp. I saw no HVAC system at all. A/C dehumidifies air as well as cools it, and heat would make morning showers more comfortable. Is there HVAC I did not see? If not, how much to install it in this home?
1. I can ask the developer about the type of roof. the Shoot inside was while it was pouring rain, as I mentioned in the video, it just finished raining. And I could barely hear anything when the doors were closed. 2. Yes - Like I said very good build. 3. This is a developer question. I know most homes in Boquete don't need this and when a home is delivered in Panama it doesn't come with it installed. I've even seen a brand new home delivered without lights. But this home has almost everything. Contact me and I'll put you in touch with the agency. wa.me/message/RF7X3XXHXG4QD1
I checked with the developer and he said an HVAC system has been installed, ( pipes) so you don't need to rip anything out before moving in. Also it's a tin roof.
@@living_in_latam I just watched another of your videos, then circled back to this one and realized I read your replies but didn't thank you. MY BAD, please forgive my oversight! Thank you for taking the trouble to check into the questions I asked last month. I appreciate your work and will try to continue promoting your channel. Safe travels!
If you have any more questions about Boquete let me know below.
