I remember starting my own transformation about a year ago. I bought a diet plan from Dietarize and started doing some exercises at home. My brother was making fun of me, thinking I will give up. But day after day, meal after meal, I managed to do it. I lost 20lbs thanks to my diet and dedication and I'm feeling a lot happier now. I can finally tie my shoelaces without holding my breath 😀
Here is the secret. No sugar ever again. No Protein powder just pure protein in foods. You have to eat about 35 grams of pure protein each meal. You must eat around 5 times a day. The meals are not large but all protein like, Non-skin chicken breast, 4 oz = 35 grams of protein. Hard boiled eggs are 6 grams of protein each. Don't eat the yolk, just the white. Salmon fillets are about 35 grams of protein also. Mostly eat eggs every morning, chicken every day, fish every day . You can eat some rice for carbs for energy every meal. No white bread, in fact no bread at all. Starkist solid white albacore tuna is 28 grams of protein in one little can. Eat it plain. You get the picture. Eat like this every day and work out and you will gain 45 lbs of muscle and go from 25 percent body fat down to 8 percent in 6 months. I went from 155lb to 197 in 6 months and was ripped and had the hardest muscle that I ever had just from the diet. Drink lots of water also. If you do this , I guarantee that you will have the best body that you ever dreamed of in 6 months. Imagine if you continue for a year or 2. You won't believe it.

Jonathon Ross not OP but that's awesome, man! Keep at it! I started Keto in June I was at 305 pounds. I am down to 239. It feels good. I just need to do more weight training.
urstruly83 Gonna be honest. Right now I just try to eat more protien. I eat about 130grams maybe a little more of it a day. And I just cut carbs totally besides my veggies and protien bars/shakes which are minimal. I try to eat atleast 2300 calories a day. It's hard as he'll though. I get full so much faster now that I stopped shoveling food in my face. Most days I'm under 2k. But so far haven't noticed my muscles being shit afterwards. My meals are basically a chicken breast and a cup and a half of broccoli or cauliflower, Chicken salad sandwich without bread, Protien shake and the protien bar I eat is called Detour, choc/peanutbutter purple wrapper. Has mostly sugar alcohol and it's filling. Also, drink a lot of water. haha. Hope that kinda helps. I did lazy keto the majority of the time. I'm basically discovering stuff as I go. I wanted to start vlogging to keep track of my progress. Only have a few pics.
I am the reverse of this. LOL 10 years ago, I was 195lbs, in solid shape...Now after 10 years and having my own family, I am at 220lbs and no where near as active....Maybe I can get some of it back, and push like this guy did.
Very proud of you my men.. Because you can obviously see this is real not that shitty steroids video and i can see how much work did you put into this.. But don't stop now go and get your body full with muscles i mean you already are muscles but never give up never stop train hard every day..
I just witnessed a man transform into an absolute beast of a muscle machine. Nothing but respect for this guy for doing what he had to do and for motivating the rest of us to do what we have to do.
Nice job. I went from 223 to 187. Eating better and exercising everyday. Its habit now. I havent hit the weights as hard as you but I'm the strongest I've been in my life. I'm turning 46 this month. Doing the XYZ Fitness videos now. Day 10 plus my regular push ups, curls, or bench press.
I was 340 lbs in end june 2019 now in January I'm 206 but I'm 45 and my skin on the stomach is little loose even known I've focused on abdominal exercise but it's ok at least I got rid of 134 lbs and I feel great I eat 1 time a day so intermediate festing and portion control and I very low carbs and I drink coffee and green tea and take a multivitamin and I'm planning to lose another 36 lbs so that's 170 lbs and half my weight
Starving yourself is a very bad way to go. You should be eating regularly on a balanced diet. You need energy to burn the fat. You should work on loosing around a pound or two a week and no more, so the skins elasticity has time to adapt.
@Arthur Shelby Thanks its been 12 months and I went from 340 lbs to 165 so I'm very good no more pills for blood pressure no more high insulin no more pre diabetes i had sleep apnea that's also no more i use to sleep 3 to 4 hours a day now i sleep 8 hours but I take my vitamins and a daily 3 gram of marine photography which has just about everything you're body needs including 90% of the daily protein so i absolutely feel like i did when i was 25 but im 45 now even Ed issues are no more so a total rejuvenation
@@markoasdadriver6285 im not starving myself who said i was starving I'm good actually very good i feel better than I did last 20 years in every aspect i feel way better
John m hey look I’m happy for you, but your comment 1 meal per day plus caffeine and multivitamins, isn’t a healthy choice. I understand completely that you reached a point to get rid of it all, but you could’ve done much better if you researched your goal first. You lost 206 pounds in 8mths from your post to end June 2019, if my calculations are right that’s approx 6.4lbs per week... amazing work. At 45 your suffering with excess skin because the elasticity of over 40s fade. If you took your time and had a good decent balanced diet and lost 1-2lbs per week, this may have been prevented. Your happy and that’s all that matters. So we’re happy for you👍
Do more weighted abdominal workouts. Build up the muscle to tighten the skin. Kinda like doing push ups and doing heavier bench press. Your muscles grow with weight.
Holy fuck. Dude this inspires me to keep going. I just hit 239. Started at 305 in June. This makes me want to go so much harder at the gym. haha. Amazing, man!
hey Arion gj on the weight loss. Just remember that keto is a lifestyle/life change so you can't go back to eating all the old stuff again. Just words of advice because I was around 240 lbs starting back in 2004 and I lost a ton of weight and got down to 170ish in a few months. I got hella stretch marks on my stomach because of the rapid weight loss. Anyway I recently gained most of it back starting from 2010 until a few months ago when I started to get back into training. I ate like crap and gained it all back. Now i'm back on the Keto program but at a much slower weight loss. For some reason, maybe it's because I have more muscle or what but it's a lot harder for me to shed the weight this time around. But at least I look better in the mirror and my size 36 pants are starting to fit again, although snug. I am strength lifter so I can bench around 315 or so and squat like 400+ lbs. But I just look builky as hell. Sry for the ramble just my 2 cents. Good luck and train hard. -J
jz415650 Thanks, man. Yeah I'm losing weight at a medium pace. I go to a planet fitness so I can't do most of the workouts that I'd like to do. I dropped another 6 pounds. But I can do pull ups now lmao. Never could do those before. Awesome you're back into size 36s I just got a pair myself. Legs are tight, but my waist is a little loose. hah. Any recommendations on a workout routine with just free weights? My gym goes up to 60 lbs. I can comfortably do stuff at like 50 lbs now. But I do random shit, I don't feel like I'm making progress.
ikr, such results in that time can only be due to muscle memory. Still respect the amazing job but for all the guys wondering, don't expect to get in that state in such a short time if you never did something before.
It's called genetics. Much like me, I have a lot of fat on me but also have muscle because I'm built like a bear. I'm 6'1 305 lbs right now. At my best I was 230 lbs of stacked muscle. No real 6 pack but just a flatter belly
Currently doing the same for myself congratulations on the change that’s major. I’m similar to you in that you can tell there is a beast underneath a couple layers of fat. Down to 205 from 285 so far. It’s taking me longer than it did you but it looks like you were friggin ready to get there.
Niphilim yea pt is like fuck im running out of ideas off the internet about shit i dont even do hes not going to need me anymore fuck my cash cow is gone.
Good work bro , but he definitely used to work out before he started this journey or he stoped working for a while then got straight back to this transformation, 6 months to lose fat and keep muscles you have to have some muscle memory going on there :) but as I said it is still hard work and I admire that ...bravo
Anyone who says this is fake or talks s*** then get fu**** because I've gone from 231lb to 154lb in 5 months. I'm 14% body fat. Ok I've lost muscle but I'm so much healthier for it and had no help at all. Well done for the recomp! Which is very difficult to do. I chose the lose fat as much as possible then gaining mass slowly over the next year. Hoping to be around 180lb at 10% as my final fogure
yeah man...i am also going to do the same i am going to focus more on loosing fat than gaining muscles......and best of luck to u.....hope u will get ur dream body :)
I need a trainer like that!!!!!! I’d go hard for sure! Like , make me cry , type of trainer! Yassss awesome job!! I’m on my journey of getting fit as well. Started my YouTubing of it as well. Would love the support
You do realize, exercise is only 5% of the equation? You can't get lean in the gym (or by working out), that's done in your house with a clean nutrition and fasting.
I thought the same thing about the trainer. This guy is right on top of the client, driving him, making sure he's doing what he has to, any experience I've had with a trainer they're half checked out the entire time.
No it aint, you can eat clean if you are fat but you wont be fit. Or you can eat shit and lift and still you wont be fit. But if you do both hard training and eating right, then you will be in awesome shape 💪
I am 53 dropped from 224 to 158 lbs in 5 months. IF and avoiding shite food except for special occasions and still managed a few beers a week and ice cream here and there with the kids. No calorie counting, lots of nutrient dense foods and only ate what. I was actually hungry. A buddy kept asking what I was eating and he would count calories and was surprised how how few or how many calories over daily recommendations I was.like I said, you can lose weight in caloric deficit, eating donuts, but long term it’s going to rebound with dire health consequences. Good job with the weight loss. You found what worked for you. Look up Dr. Jason Fung The Diet Doctor, he wrote the obesity code and explains it well.
This video hyped me up probably the most helpful considering I have a similar build, I'm very curious to know what your meal plan was because I'm the same weight now with the same goal
I pay mine $360.00 for 5 sessions. It hurts doling out that cash but I’m learning the correct form and routine that will give my body the best bang for the buck. They know how and when to change things up to get your body to react. Like a de-load session. Which I never heard of until I got my PT.
The real reason is because it gives the appearance of a better looking transformation, having your muscles show through cleanly, also so go as far as setting a different lighting for the big reveal.
I understand what u are saying, but one thing many people forget is we actually have two weights one carbed up and one carb depleted about 10 lbs. like I cut to 159 but can carb up to 170 in like 4 days. And return to 159 in like a week
Learnzz If he went on a major cut he could go down to 175 at the very minimum and that's being generous. Plus being that shredded is pretty stupid because you just look smaller in a shirt, you only look good with your shirt off; plus 15% bodyfat is lean enough in my opinion I would never go below 12%.
Thanks, bro. Needed this video on this cold Monday morning to keep grinding. I'm in that mental space where I'm locked in, focused and determined. Hitting my macros every day, maintaining a deficit of 500-800 kcal/day. No excuses after work to avoid the gym. Lifts are still increasing/maintaining, scale down 10lbs. LFG.
Willpower is everything man. But going to bed earlier helps too, if you stay up late it just means more time to get hungry. Early nights rest helps your gains and you can't be hungry if you're sleeping
Total bs he had most of the muscle mass before just needed to shred down.why put this out there without any background as to what he training he done before.......😡😡

Jonathon Ross not OP but that's awesome, man! Keep at it! I started Keto in June I was at 305 pounds. I am down to 239. It feels good. I just need to do more weight training.
Wow thats awesome. Im trying keto my self!!! What are your macros looking like? And also what about calories?
urstruly83 Gonna be honest.
How is it going recently? down to 195 yet?
Jonathan Steelman fluxuating between 202-208. it's kind of annoying haha. I'll get there soon though!
wow! congrats dude! good luck from Mexico city, i follow you.
Thanks a lot my friend!
Phil Jones Great FUCKING WORK! I weigh 250 right now working on getting down to 200.
good luck dude ! just do it !!! :)

how tall are you?
Am impressed by his personal trainer.
Wow…this really inspired me!! Logging out to head to the gym. Thx for sharing.
I am the reverse of this. LOL 10 years ago, I was 195lbs, in solid shape...Now after 10 years and having my own family, I am at 220lbs and no where near as active....Maybe I can get some of it back, and push like this guy did.
OMG! THIS motivated me! That's exactly my wt my body type! I'm gonna do it!!
I noticed you posted this a year ago. Did you reach your goals?
Did you do it?
How is this going? You are probably avengers level ripped by now, right?
Very proud of you my men.. Because you can obviously see this is real not that shitty steroids video and i can see how much work did you put into this.. But don't stop now go and get your body full with muscles i mean you already are muscles but never give up never stop train hard every day..
Thank you so much my friend !

Phil Jones very cool! did you see a significant improvement in your strength even while losing all the weight?
@Arthur Shelby
Thanks its been 12 months and I went from 340 lbs to 165 so I'm very good no more pills for blood pressure no more high insulin no more pre diabetes i had sleep apnea that's also no more i use to sleep 3 to 4 hours a day now i sleep 8 hours but I take my vitamins and a daily 3 gram of marine photography which has just about everything you're body needs including 90% of the daily protein so i absolutely feel like i did when i was 25 but im 45 now even Ed issues are no more so a total rejuvenation
Good job man looking great, watch motivation like this before I lift. God bless brother!
Holy fuck. Dude this inspires me to keep going. I just hit 239. Started at 305 in June. This makes me want to go so much harder at the gym. haha. Amazing, man!
nice job man
Keep it up, once you crack that 200 mark you will love every second of pain and hard work it took
foxfire1112 thanks man! I really just need to figure out a work out regimen.
hey Arion gj on the weight loss.
You have absolutely inspired me Phil. I weigh in about your old weight and would love to shed fifty lbs over the next year.
Absolutely best transformation video
I don't think the footballer Phil Jones can even work that hard to win Balon d'or Much Respect! :)
Is it a trailer of a movie
Joe Smith nope
Jawadh Khan sounds like it
Yeah life. Coming soon
Why would he be watching a movie in a trailer?
Yes
Bro he definitely put the work in you can tell he grinded each workout the results are legit congrats brother you a full blown beast keep at it
Wow! what a change! After 6 monthes he looks like a different person. Like somebody else! Well done! congratulations!
Love to see people push their self to achieve good results well done
Lets be honest, he had a shitton of muscle before the weightloss already. Nevertheless, mad respect. You look amazing now.
ikr, such results in that time can only be due to muscle memory. Still respect the amazing job but for all the guys wondering, don't expect to get in that state in such a short time if you never did something before.
He was sportive for sure, but he's really fat with good shape. Even after 6 months, he's not really shredded AF and he has a coach
How tall is he?
Depends on how fat you are or how slim you are. 7 months is enough time to get in shape. I don't think you know what your talking about.
It’s taking me longer than it did you but it looks like you were friggin ready to get there.
the moment you get more fit that your PT??
my thoughts exactly lmfao
Niphilim yea pt is like fuck im running out of ideas off the internet about shit i dont even do hes not going to need me anymore fuck my cash cow is gone.
Mechanical Mayhem lol the trainer was making him work though so credit to him on that part
A lot of PT are just retired body builders. He looked like he was pushing 55 years old.
Niphilim lol
Personal trainers have you doing some wild shit. That guy got you right!
Probably the best transformation video I've seen!
Major props and well done! Congratulations!
What's your meal plan?
What about diet, any info...
Fair play 👍
Brilliant effort .well done mate
After seeing this Ik I will succeed 💪🏿🖤
I need a trainer like that!!!!!! I’d go hard for sure! Like , make me cry , type of trainer! Yassss awesome job!! I’m on my journey of getting fit as well. Started my YouTubing of it as well. Would love the support
You do realize, exercise is only 5% of the equation? You can't get lean in the gym (or by working out), that's done in your house with a clean nutrition and fasting.
Wow!! Perfect gym and a great trainer. I pay 90€ every month only for the gym and it doesnt even have 70% of these toys what i saw in this video.
I thought the same thing about the trainer. This guy is right on top of the client, driving him, making sure he's doing what he has to, any experience I've had with a trainer they're half checked out the entire time.
Where do u stay
Damn I didn't know Mars had a gym 😂😂😂 1:02
Hahaha i'm french, I noticed later when the video was already online for a couple days
Jane Anderson Mars is March in French...I think this guy is out of Quebec.
Subbing because you are Canadian dont see many fitness youtubers from Canada. Love our home
Jane Anderson Rambo remake!
yaaaaa
I need a trainer like that guy showing me the right things
OUTSTANDING Results!!
Congrats to him but we all know dieting is 80 percent of everything.
No it aint, you can eat clean if you are fat but you wont be fit. Or you can eat shit and lift and still you wont be fit. But if you do both hard training and eating right, then you will be in awesome shape 💪
It's 70%
@@vote4pedro018 i would say 60-70%
@@drgym1881 depends on the gym regime
if you ran this video in reverse that would be my 6 month body transformation once COVID hit
Never knew that losing weight got you a arm sleeve 😂
Thank God a natural transformation.... truly inspired 💪
This is one of my fav
vids man 👍🏾💪🏾 5th time watching it after 3 months glad I found it cuz I was wondering what was your meal plan like
AM SO SO SO proud of you bro.
This guy was already body builder. You can see adonis even first picture.
So what's your point
What's your diet plan bro?Can you share? Please
Deepak R Chandra steroids is his diet plan
So much bullshit. It doesnt even slightly look like steroids, he was big asf before the diet/training. He just shredded all the fat
Muhammad Arslan
you know nothing about bodybuilding and what the human body can achieve if you think that you need steroid to get a similar physique
How much did you spend on the Personal Trainer?
huffermingle exactly a personal trainer for motivation bet not cheap
I pay mine $360.00 for 5 sessions. It hurts doling out that cash but I’m learning the correct form and routine that will give my body the best bang for the buck. They know how and when to change things up to get your body to react. Like a de-load session. Which I never heard of until I got my PT.
PTs are a waste. Just watch RUclips vids
Awesome video, I wish u all the best.
Really a very good inspiration..salute your dedication
Daily how many hours did you workout ?
Morning cardio 45 min empty stomach, later in the day I train 1 hour at the gym.
+Phil Jones thank you so much for the reply .. One last question what was change in your food ?
What kind of cardio you did in the morning? Did you workout 5 times a week?
good job
What kind of cardio?
I never get why once a guy gets fit they shave off there body hair lol 😂
Most women don't like it so they shave it. It's also uncomfortable to hairy when you're sweaty.
He didn't. He got so buff that it fell off
@@redbulletlive lmao
The real reason is because it gives the appearance of a better looking transformation, having your muscles show through cleanly, also so go as far as setting a different lighting for the big reveal.
Because when you stop being sloppy, not only do you change your body, BUT everything else.
Keep going down to 170 or 165 then bulk up to 185 or 190
Learnzz He'd be shredded as fuck at 180 mate no way he could cut down below that he's probably around
I understand what u are saying, but one thing many people forget is we actually have two weights one carbed up and one carb depleted about 10 lbs. like I cut to 159 but can carb up to 170 in like 4 days. And return to 159 in like a week
Learnzz water weight is a helluva thing
Yes it's water but water in in glycogen stores in your muscles , so actually your muscle grow , muscles are mostly water.
LFG.
Outstanding work
Nossa, Incrível!
Just wanted to know I get up sometimes hungry at night how did you stop yourself from eating late a night
You look at yourself in the mirror and you choose not to eat and overcome your stress.
Easier said than done I know. But you can control yourself man. Good luck with that.
eat heat popped popcorn. it has 35 calories for 1 cup of kernels which is like 2 bags of popcorn. it fills your stomach
tony rivera go to sleep earlier
Willpower is everything man. But going to bed earlier helps too, if you stay up late it just means more time to get hungry. Early nights rest helps your gains and you can't be hungry if you're sleeping
Total bs he had most of the muscle mass before just needed to shred down.why put this out there without any background as to what he training he done before.......😡😡
Andy Hunt , the personal trainer doesn’t hurt either🤣. This guy was already fit before. This is just to push products!!!
My most sincere congratulations on your hard work. Very motivating!
Love the discipline from the coach he pushed him hard
