100% agree with you! I follow the same "principle " with my diet. Nothing wrong, in my opinion, to have something a bit more processed/higher in calories every now and then as long as you don't make that the most of your diet. Balance is 🔑
100% agree to have a balance between healthy foods and junk processed foods. I try to eat the majority vegan WFPB with the remaining being processed foods.

Something to try to incorporate in your diet is blackstrap molasses to increase your iron level. I have many women friends who eat lots of red meat and still have low iron level so it might be more of an absorption issue for some people but they all had great improvements with blackstrap molasses. Super high in minerals and absolutely amazing for hair growth as well. Just thought I would share! 🥰
I take an iron supplement and lentils (soak them first over night) for iron absorption. I have always had lower iron in my family, same with my sisters and they eat meat and I dont. I also take b12 and vitamin c with iron for fast absorption

I have coffee powder in my smoothies sometimes other wise I don’t drink anything other than water
