Chicken Enchiladas Pasta | Homemade Pasta Recipe

CHICKEN ENCHILADAS PASTA: We all love enchiladas. How about pasta with enchilada flavor. This is a very simple recipe that you can make easily. Adding tomato may enrich the flavor, but I wanted my recipe without tomato. You may change the meat as you prefer and add more cheese if you like.
Ingredients (4-5 servings):
Penne Pasta 300g
Chicken 300g
Chicken Broth 1 cup
Onion ½ large
Garlic 2 cloves
Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
Heavy Cream 1 cup
Bell Pepper 2 medium
Salt 1½ tsp
Black Pepper 1½ tsp
Thyme ½ tsp
Garlic Powder ½ tsp
Coconut Oil 3 tbsp
Paprika 1 tsp
