The shrimp dish would be awesome with chili crisp instead of just the red pepper flake as well. I'm gonna have to make that later this week! Thanks, Sam!
A restaurant around here makes a dish called rattlesnake pasta. Penne with a pepper jack cheese sauce, grilled chicken pieces with sliced jalapeños. Would love to see your take on this.
There was a Pizzeria Uno up the street from me in the 90's that had this exact thing, even the name. That restaurant is long gone now, but the dish is still on their menu of their other locations. It was delicious!
I think one thing people need to understand is if you have various meats and veggies in the freezers and pasta/rice and other ingredients in the pantry, you're well on your way to making a fabulous meal.
agreed, I usually prep some chicken thighs or a couple of cuts of meat and keep them ready in the fridge for quick meals. My wifes favorite is ramen noodles, a few veggies and some meat tossed in a wok with some assortment of sauces from the asian mart or some simple teriyaki sauce. about 5 minutes and you got a really nice noodle bowl. noodles are easily swapped with cold rice.
He always does that shyt I call him out on it all the time . Especially when he puts bbq or marinade on chicken he uses the same brush for cooked and raw
Couldn't bang on the second pasta with kiddos having sea food allergies. Buffalo pasta got a 2.3/5 from our army of 7...which I feel is a fair sample size. I will say this. One of my daughters likes any pasta with a garlicky sauce and my other daughter that loves spicy just drowned hers in extra Frank's. This one just missed the middle mass. Still a great idea and was fun to try. I love this channel for the quick easy meals for sure. It's something cooking for an army every night.
Yeah, they are magic chicken and onions. I laughed when I saw he took the lid off the Frank's sauce bottle. It does add a nice kick to things. I think we'd be at 20 minutes for the prep and cooking total time.
Sam I just made the best pancakes I've ever had in my life. If you like a thin crispy pancake, please give this a shot. First off and the only thing special is to find any kind of large grain sugar if you can. No particular kind, just some decent little chunks. If not plain sugar works. Mix up whatever your favorite batter is (to get the thin & crispiness I'm going for here I used 3 parts dry to 2 parts wet), BUT without the sugar. Get it nice and mixed and no lumps and rest it if you want to do that. Preheat your griddle nice and high, and get some butter melting on it. NOW add some of that chunky sugar to the batter and just barely mix it through. Pour some cakes into the butter and let them set up for a bit, and sprinkle some more sugar on top while they're still just a little bit wet so it will stick. Dust the edges with some granulated sugar too just before you flip them, those edges will caramelize into something incredible. You barely even need to put anything on top.
I just want to say that I’ve cooked so many of your recipes, anytime I want too cook I’ll check your channel for a recipe. Your Mexican dishes are my favorite, and following along with you and learning has made cooking a joy for me. So thank you guys, I’ve learned so much from this channel
Thanks bro we love yall too badass pasta!!! We got 4 kids so we gotta double everything.... is like to see a cheesesteak brother!!! Or... or.... more fast dinners to fees the family would be awesome!!! Thanks Sam!! You got an awesome channel bro much love from my family to yours!!
Love your content sooooo much! That said, the chicken was pre trimmed/cubed... that prep can add some serious time to the "15 min." for a family of 6 (or more)! Still looked yummy!
I made this yesterday and damn Sam it was amazing we got tired of eating the same few pastas like Alfredo, spaghetti, etc. we’ve added this recipe to our list it got addicting we were all full yet we kept eating more lol
Yeah, other channels are absolutely blowing up doing budget meals. Probably a good thing to jump into, that appeal is going to be *massive* for the foreseeable future.
Why the garlic paste in first recipe and fresh pressed in 2nd? Is there a culinary reason for using one over the other or are you just showing they're interchangeable? (Hashtag I think there IS such a thing as a stupid question) Good stuff as always. Thank you, gentlemen.
I’m pretty sure it’s his sons that do his filming for him I could b wrong tho n I just wanna point out I’ve been watching for a few years and the boys camera work improved smmm if their still doing it their killing it
How are you gunna tell us we can do it in 15 min, if sam can barely finish but chicken, onions, veg is all pre chopped and things are prepped? Pre boiling water 😂😂. Not a real 15 min cmon guys
Oh boy, i cant decide which one to make... But both are easy and cheap, so why not both? Noone got hurt from having a pasta dinner two nights in a row! On another note, Ever tried to make the Danish Gravy burger? Native name for it is "Bøfsandwich". Disregard the sandwich part of the name, us danes are stupid. It's a burger, and one of the only knife and fork approved burgers :)
Hey Sam, you made that chopped Italian salad sandwich which was fantastic., so why not try the same thing with a burger? Maybe some tater tots chopped up too
Sure, but can he make bacon, noodles, and butter appealing? Sorry, I meant sprouts, pod-people (you know the ones), and some really nice cauliflower a dish to impress? (Yes, he can use fat.)
This is how i make Alfredo sauce. I add 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese with the flour and stir it around about a minute before adding the milk. I also use butter in place of oil. Its also good if you brown oyster mushrooms in place of the chicken, and 1/2 white wine. Remove the shrooms then add them back at the end.
please make some Outback steakhouse fare... They make a 'bloomin chicken' which is pretty good..and of late--they have a steak with a 'bourbon onion' slice.
In cooking, what takes time is the prep and the cleaning, not the cooking itself …
The shrimp dish would be awesome with chili crisp instead of just the red pepper flake as well. I'm gonna have to make that later this week! Thanks, Sam!
Hey Sam! I have a suggestion for a future video:
Make your favourite filet mignon 🥩+sauce recipes (3 ways) !
Cheers from San Diego California

I've heard rattlesnake tastes like chicken.
@@davidgreenhow7811it’s not made from rattlesnake, it’s called that meaning it’s spicy or it has a bite to it
What wow
@@davidgreenhow7811 Dry chicken. Like alligator also does 😄

I agree. But a lot of people do not have outdoor kitchens like sam. But I want one.
Yep, then keep garlic and shallots/onions on hand and you almost can’t mess it up.
@@n8guy little green onion on the top, we had that yesterday for lunch! so good.
@@RecoveredPennychaser I want to live in a place I can have one! it can snow here 8 months out of the year!
I'm with you Sam, that bowl for the shrimp is weird. I'm baffled every time it comes out. Thanks Boys for all the great content.
Max always gets his way. It shows in his personality, too. He’s a spoiled brat.
Sam, did you put the cooked chicken back on the same plate as the raw chicken? You did. I watched twice. You rascal. Kids, don't do that.
He always does that shyt I call him out on it all the time . Especially when he puts bbq or marinade on chicken he uses the same brush for cooked and raw
He had two pans, so he was clearly planning to use the second for the cooked chicken, but nope - right back onto the raw chicken juices.
I came to the comments to look for this!
I caught that as well. Hopefully the additional cooking in the pan with the sauce and pasta would had killed any salmonella/ bacteria.
Do the *HOT ONES GAUNTLET* 🙏🙏👍👍💯💯

Max's reaction to the bleu cheese was exactly my reaction to the bleu cheese. 😂
Amazing how the chicken and onions just diced themselves, 😂

I rummaged around in the freezer and pantry...in 15 minutes I came up with Pad Thai shrimp for dinner. The hubby was super happy.
Make a pasta dish using farfalle and mushrooms please
The product placement is strong in this video.
"I like this two handed action." Max....That's what she said!
Love the 15 minutes series
I would like to see more soup recipes, like clam chowder and broccoli 🥦 cheese. Yum! I ❤ your channel!
Did you just put your cooked chicken into the same pan when it was raw? I believe so good sir...
Sam both pasta dishes look amazing and delicious. Thank you for sharing. ❤❤😮
That Intro !!!!!!!!! nuff said!
Am I the only one who wants a whole cook book of this shit!!! Love love love these recipes!!! Great as always Sam.
Buy his cook book
@@mitchstewart642 I have lol…both of them 😂😂 I mean a full cookbook or 15min meals.
Pretty sure he will write another (third?) cookbook !
Yeah I love his books. I cook from between the buns a couple of times a week usually!!
I love it, usually you have more pasta than sauce, in this case it's more sauce than pasta. Yum!
How about a STCG version of potato pancakes?
I'm making the buffalo pasta today! I have everything on hand
swear you just put cooked chicken on the same tray you had the raw chicken !!
Suggestion: Torta de Lechon

Think I caught a second hand cabo-load from this video! Not complaining though! Absolutely awesome
Those look freaking great. Thanks for sharing them.
WAIT DID YOU PUT THE COOKED CHICKEN BACK IN THE RAW CHICKEN PAN?
He added the cooked chicken back into the dish he had the raw chicken in?
The chicken went back into the simmering pan after, perhaps that's enough.
Vietnamese caramelized pork belly and hard boiled eggs (with rice)
Pork Belly Sisig for the next vid maybe??? Would love to see your take on that!

@3:51 “I like the two-handed action” don’t we all, Max. Don’t we all…
wait did you put the cooked chicken on the same pas that you marinaded the raw chicken on?
Sam....my dude... you are slipping! What we say when Max is saying something like 'I like this two-handed action'? Thats right: THATS WHAT SHE SAID!
Both look amazing
Looks fabulous! On my way to the seafood market!
Smoked salmon linguine in a rich cream sauce please🙏.
Sorry Sam but did you put the cooked chicken bites back into the same pan that they came off of raw??
More dinners under 15!!!!
The first recipe is basically just Chicken Riggies from central New York...check it out!
Everything looked good besides the raw chicken juice to the pasta😅, i think you forgot to switch the 2 pans you had there 😆
Yeah, other channels are absolutely blowing up doing budget meals.

I'm watching the buffalo chicken part twice. That's saying something
Not very often does a cover sound as good or even better than the original. Wow!
Chicken dish replace with ground sausage and add vodka. Got another dish.
Love the dishes today! Good choice. Can you do an easy and quick mac n cheese that is full of flavour Mmmmm…
Looks good and love the shirt😅😅😅
Omg looks fantastic… definitely going to make the second one tonight for dinner…. Thanks! Cheers

I would suggest for a next video idea for Sam to make a macaroni and cheese pizza? I think that would be very interesting. 🧀

This looks amazing, but the link to the buffalo chicken penne is not working and I can't find the recipe on your website 😥
Sam!! Do yourself a favor and throw that Frank's Red Hot in the trash can! Use Louisiana Hot Sauce. You'll be glad you did!
How about making sliders 5 ways? Maybe you have already
Even if these take 30 minutes, great recipes for max flavor!
But I don't like any spicy burn in my food. Any substitutes for the spicy stuff?

excellent dinner I made the chicken one today and is was outstand thanks guys keep up the awesome work.... but it did take me longer then 15 mins LMAO
I agree the bowl for the shrimp is too bland-looking. Black bowl...haaa you guys can to whatever you like as you are yummy cooks!!!!!
I don’t know about 15mins.. but could you make the chicken tequila fettuccine pasta dish from California pizza kitchen?
Dude, The shirt. I need one
The intro was cool! My name is Charlie, it was like Sam was telling ME to cook.
Guess I know what I’m making tonight! Thanks guys.
