After filming this fancam in the front row and then going online after, I was shocked that people were commenting that the audience was dead and that they couldn't hear aespa's live singing over the back track. It must have been the livestream!! But in person the girls were GIVING!! (and so were the fans) This fancam is proof!!

Winter's voice is really amazing and stable, when I hear her, I doubt that she's actually singing live because it's so clean and sounds like studio version, she's really amazing! All of them sound really good! People say Winter has bad stage presence but for me, her voice brings all my attention to her, plus her stunning visual really catch my attention. She can still improve, I've seen her do amazing expressions in some performances, she can better and better as she grows as an artist! I'm so proud of them!

I'm seeing a lot of comments saying "SM setting them up", "it's too early for them to perform in Coachella", "SM pushing them so much on the west" like tf, I tell you this is just the bare minimum. After so many years, SM is finally doing their job and start promoting and grabbing opportunities for their girlgroup which they've never done before. Really... That kpop stans don't know how promotion works. Sm did a very good job grabbing this opportunity to gain new fans because it is a MUSIC FESTIVAL where indie artists, big artists, new rising artists perform for locals there. Really am so proud of them, I don't want to cry but I am so emotional right now. I am really really proud of aespa,and really glad for them. I'm seeing a lot of comments saying "SM setting them up", "it's too early for them to perform in Coachella", "SM pushing them so much on the west" like tf, I tell you this is just the bare minimum. After so many years, SM is finally doing their job and start promoting and grabbing opportunities for their girlgroup which they've never done before. Second, it is not a requirement to be popular first in order to perform in Coachella, instead of being bitter, why not be proud or just be happy that this kind of music festivals is now opening its doors to several artists from all over the world. I just hate the fact that everything is a competition right now 😑
Really... That kpop stans don't know how promotion works. Sm did a very good job grabbing this opportunity to gain new fans because it is a MUSIC FESTIVAL where indie artists, big artists, new rising artists perform for locals there. The crowd was mostly local and only a few mys went there to support since the announcement was abrupt for the fans unless fans are all rich lol.

Us, who've been fans of kpop since gen 2 knows that records will always be broken, new legends will always be born so we chill about it and proud of it bcz the juniors able to continue bring kpop names up when their seniors mostly get under estimated by the whole world. For me my queen are SNSD and 2NE1 but i don't deny the truth that their junior is also legend bcz they got more achievements they made kpop very well respected now. Really am so proud of them, I don't want to cry but I am so emotional right now. I am really really proud of aespa,and really glad for them. They have everything,the vocals,the rap,visuals,dance but yet they are always criticized and hated for few reasons,one of them not singing live which I also agree that they should be given more opportunities to sing live. But if they are not given those opportunities then it's not their fault,they are giving their best and they will always. But today am really glad that proved all those people wrong who were doubting them,I mean look these girls,they ate the performance,they are still new,but they sang live for the first time in front of such large audience and that too in a foreign country, that's a big deal. They proved that they are talented and worthy of being called a great kpop group.
I think the people who criticized AESPA’s Coachella performance did not see your videos. That’s unfortunate because they sounded good. Coachella performers have to sing live and these women acquitted themselves very well. They engaged the audience, looked polished, comfortable and happy onstage, and sang like seasoned performers. I hope this performance opens more doors for this group.
