Here I see it assuming a subject-object relationship between the individual human and God. This could be explained by the fact that you prompted it with the phrase "God-loving." I wonder if it might describe the impulse towards alignment with Natural Law differently if it were primed with a notion more like the panentheist view of God as being present both within and beyond all manifest form, such that the impulse towards adhering to Natural Law would come at least partially from within rather than exclusively from the fear of external rebuke.
    I am not necessarily a panentheist, but this is close to the view that inspires the foundation of my issue with the response. Regardless of my belief or ideology, I find the greatest affordance of health and possibility when I do not presume to be more intelligent than the system of which my form is but a part.
