Pre COVID, EBC was not that much more expensive than economy, but it's a fortune now. It's not all about the seat. Arriving at the airport, there's a speedier check-in, fast track security, generally a lounge, plenty of elbow room, food, drink, and usually priority exit from the aircraft. WORTH EVERY EUROCENT.
Agreed I often take my bike to Italy to train and if you flew economy class you'd be waiting in line to check it in and would cost over £100, but with Business class it's part of the x2 36kg bag allowance.
All depends what price you get it for, I mangaged to get Manchester to Ljubljana via Frankfurt and return Lubljana to Brussels for just an extra £50 per person for all four legs, £12.50 per leg is a bargain. It's worth it for the lounges, the extra luggage, priority lanes for security and check in, priority boading and exiting, luggage first on conveyor and some food and drink on board. Yes the seats aren't the best but for a short haul that doesn't matter, the benefits far outweigh the shortfalls.
Great review! I'm actually a big fan of European business, but I only fly with BA. Didn't much like the look of the food, but that cheesecake seems to have redeemed it! Was there a choice, or just the one dish? Keep up the great work!
I fly quite often between Munich and LHR and I´d never be willing to book business class for these flights. With my status I also have priority check in and lounge access so the only benefit would be the better menu which doesn´t look too good in my opinion
european business class is mostly a much better ground experience, slightly more space, lots of luggage and a small meal on board. I think it's worth paying around 50-70 Euros for all that
Absolutely agree with you there, and for that price it is definitely worth booking business class 👍🏻 When it costs hundreds more (which it sometimes does), however, that's when a much improved on-board product is needed 💺 Thanks for sharing your thoughts! 😊
I will be flying from Budapest to Munich on a 6am flight. I was offered to bid for an upgrade to Business class or at or pay the full price for a guaranteed upgrade. I have been debating on which to choose. Since it's a short haul, I'm not that enthusiastic about an upgrade and was even debating if I want to place a bid; however, since it is a super early flight, I could go for a nice meal/drink. I decided to place a bid slightly above the minimum. I will find out a few hours before the flight if I get it. If I don't get it, I won't lose too much sleep. Your video helped me understand the features of short-haul Business Class. Thanks!
Buying it on its own, meaning you buy it with a long-haul product, probably not. If you have Star Alliance Gold, One World Sapphire or emerald, or Sky Priority, then probably not either as you get a lot of the ground perks with included with business class.
I’m unfortunate to fly LH on UK-EU each month. Soooo tired of that food. They omelette looking pattie is dry and tasteless. Unless you drink the airfare worth in G&T’s, it’s seldom worth it. Hot tip. Grab a pillow when you enter the biz cabin. It’s on the first overhead. Bring an iPad mini loaded with content. It first perfectly into the top pocked of the seat I front of you. That way you elevate what’s a sad offering otherwise. Lounges are great though.
Lately, business class with Lufthansa and BA (in Europe) is a very bad joke. I will never fly again business with these airlines. Only about 10 years ago, there use to be 2 wider softer seats (formation 2+2 per row) with space for stretching the legs and recline the chair quite a lot. Last time I used Lufthansa, I felt cheated. Never again and I do not recommend it.
What do YOU think - is European business class worth it? 🤔 Leave your thoughts below, I'd love to hear what you think 😊 I hope you enjoy the video! ✈
Nope it's not worth it. Sorry excuse for "business" class.
For me, it is worth it. Always two armrests for myself, more luggage, lounge access and shorter queues make airtravel much more pleasant.
At least take air france European business's class because their the only European business class with actual padding the rest it's hard seats
Or British airways

Do the armrests come up between seats so you could potentially lie down on three seats?

こういうニッチ(?)な路線のビジネスクラス、見たかったです。声も優しそうで、いいですね。登録しました。他の動画も楽しみにしてます。ありがとう。
Thank you very much for your kind comment! 😁
It is worth if you are relocating. You get extra luggage :)

Hello my friend, honestly, European Business class is not worth it except if you fly long distances in Europe
now i get it why their business class is so cheap
