Are you required in your state to collect the runoff before it goes into the storm drain?

Hey john I imagine you're concerned with cleaning concrete and I've researched this by calling the cities I provide service in since they own the storm drains. The short answer is no they don't however, I have looked into bidding on fleet truck washing for waste management and they require some sort of reclamation of the water. Once I saw that I was out. The explanation I got from the city was that cars are leaking oil onto the streets as they drive and washed into the storm drains by the rain so requiring pressure washers to reclaim water really doesn't make much sense. Unless you live in California... They're all kinds of crazy out there. I suggest moving east. LOL.

@@neptuneclean Thank you! I have been strongly considering starting a pressure washing company in Michigan. Through my research I found some regulations here in this state but it's not clear to me what is required.

@@johngloboker6514 I'm sure you could do some market research with a competitor to find out what they are doing. I would canvas at least 3-4 and if they are all doing the same thing then you're cleared hot.
