Wow. Thank you so much. I really had a hard time figuring out how to make paths so good. Yes, many buildings I use are blueprints or even pre-made stuff from the game, but that isn’t really the problem. Surely I put stuff alongside the paths, but it really doesn’t feel too good. I have zero patience and always want to Rush Through things.
Hey, is there any way to make a path go through a building? I want to set up a ride entrance, castle based, with a couple of shops and a path to the entrance and exit going through the castle.
@@JLWGames I find that if I use grid select to keep paths lined up with the building they won’t then join up with the main path and ride entrance. If I turn off grid, the paths inevitably stray out of line and don’t come out through the door. Am I missing something?
@@davidwright7728 to line it up make sure you are off grid. If I'm correct hold down your "z" key and that allows to slant the path left and right. On some occasions if you're lining it up with another grid path it doesn't want to line up at times. You just have to mess around with it until you get it sometimes.
@@JLWGames ok. Thanks. I did just manage a straight path through after a lot of fiddling about. But then my shop didn’t auto connect to the path in front of the building! Zx@&! I will try the Z thing. Cheers
Thanks for the video, but I still have one question. When you are placing the wooden pieces that form the planter box holding the trees, lamppost, bushes, and benches, are you using "duplicate" at any time during that process? For a beginner, it looks like the wooden piece is stretching continuously. However, having tried to follow this tutorial and not completely understanding what is happening, I know better. I just don't know what I'm missing out on. Sorry to be so dumb, but I can't seem to figure it out.
The thing is you started with a path that doesnt have a border and I don't even have THOSE in my game. Just the bordered ones so this doesnt help a damn bit
there should be a /fill option so you can make any kind of plaza u want
At 6:59 what did you press to activate that circle and tilt the wood post
The X key, press once for lateral move and again for circular angle move
Thanks for the help! Paths are awful in this game I can’t lie 😂
No problem! I agree the paths could use some work but I think this smoothing method helps a bit.
i watched multiple videos of how to do this, yours helped me out best...you sir got 1 more subscriber
glad to hear that! Glad it helped out!
I subbed as well
Nice job mate. Thx for this video :)

Do you know what the z key would be on console?
Not really since I don't really play the console version really.

when placing and object go into smart move using "x". when you place by pressing the tick it auto duplicates

clone of the silvarret video?
I saw you on a coaster force video at silver dollar city 😂
I saw it to! I waved at the camera for that reason lol. They were there about a week ago.
Silvaret did a path like these🤣
you are correct! I mainly want to spread the knowledge around to all the players that may not know.
