    Hey! Great video. Learned a lot! I know this has been uploaded a pretty while back but I was wondering about the block sectioning and the minimum duration you set at 50 s. Have you tried testing it with actual passengers? I was thinking perhaps the unloading and loading time it will take for the second train will be just about enough time to not cause a stop at the chain lift, without having to change the minimum duration. I've done this by accident in some of my other coasters (place a block section at the end of the tracks and use 2 trains without changing the minimum duration as I quite didn't understand what that did lol) and I was hoping to verify with you.

    Hi i am cureently working on a flying coaster. I am having issues with balancing between keeping it in the green and keeping the coaster fun/ intersting. I am noticing that i am doing one or the other or trying to keep the coaster close to the supports. I made a duling wooden hybrid coaster as my first completed coaster. Do you have any tips on how i can balance all of these?

    I find the fear ratings very annoying. Back in the RCT days, we never had to worry about the fear the rides have, but with planet coaster, they want us to make the ride not too much for people. They should get rid of this.

    • @ryans413
      @ryans413 7 месяцев назад +1

      Look at the excitement as an overall number to the fear. If the fears too high the excitement will drop. If the fears to low the excitement will also drop because it’s now boring. The main thing you should be trying to balance is the fear if you can get that in the green the excitement will also be in the green.

      RCT absolutely had a fear meter. People wouldn’t ride a ride if it was too intense.

      Yeah. This video shoots more towards getting those high ratings over realism. really tough to get all green ratings and stay realistic unless you're doing a specific coaster like an RMC. Giga coasters are easy to get higher ratings to

      If we didn't have Planet Coaster we would be playing Roller Coaster Tycoon World... think about that for moment. Scratch that, I would be playing RCT3 lol. anyways, having limits on console is expected. You can't completely blame frontier for that. I'm still shocked to this day that the game even made it to console honestly.

    On planet coaster how can I smooth out coaster on my Xbox one?

    • @viktoriaczibolya172
      @viktoriaczibolya172 2 дня назад

      This is a late reply, sorry, but you press "A" and drag your left joystick left to right to select a section of the track. Then, by pressing "A", you can smooth out the selected track. Continue smoothing out the track until you like how it looks.
      I recommend only selecting a small section at a time, as if you select the whole entire coaster, you might not be able to smooth it out fully because some track pieces have reached their "limit".

    • @JLWGames
      @JLWGames  2 года назад +1

      thrillville was more of an arcade style game while planet coaster is about theme park simulation. Thrillville is fun and I love it however you don't get to customize everything like you can in Planet Coaster.
