Amazing.. first thing I thought is I know that place. Turns out I lived in Vienna for six months between 83 and 84. And now seeing that exact same place almost a hundred years earlier.. and yet I can somehow breathe and grasp the atmosphere that the landmark has preserved throughout the centuries. Absolutely mind blowing
Maybe the buildings but not the people. Or I mean their ancestors by now it would be. But since they didn’t fight the Nazis, but welcomed them in with a parade that makes sense. So now the handful of families who were lucky enough to have a survivor or even a few relatives who had already gone to America or Canada or are then Palestine as named by their occupiers at the time before - that they could get a kid or two out to… when they still could… some families have been rebuilt to the extent possible… not that I ever could take away the pain of losing one’s parents, and or siblings cousins, etc. So now, instead of living in Vienna, Austria or a town in Poland or Latvia (certainly anybody who was from Germany proper) we live in America, (in New York, and apparently many other states small minority tho we are to this day) or Canada or London or other parts of the UK…. Israel obviously. And just sort of all over the world. Many of us whether we want to or not or have mixed feelings depending on how easily the People at the time in each town give up their Jewish neighbors and their town to the Germans… many of us will never be able to travel for reasons, be their financial or otherwise…. To see where our parents or grandparents grew up. Thanks to RUclips. We can at least see more of some of these areas when people travel and Vlog. so that part is much appreciated.

Bro if you come to Iran I will assure you, you won’t find a person with pajamas in grocery store. People are poor but again they try their best to have the best they can to have proper cloths in public. Watch some videos that walk and film around the city in Iran you will notice.
@@Kar1mam Although in Iran the women at least are brutally forced to dress in a given way.
I love her beautiful dress ❤🎉😊
🕊️❤️🕊️WOW, this woman is dressed so elegantly🕊️❤️🕊️
Hope that kid had a great life ❣️
He probably died during the First World War 😢

Turns out he was a serial killer, just kidding

What wonderful people.
I love your videos. They're so special . Having a glimpse back in time. Thanks for sharing 🙏
Let's become like those people again! ❤
Wonderful people indeed! There were undoubtedly wonderful people. And many many others who were not so wonderful. No matter how they dressed.
@@mountainman4859 True, but we want to become only like the wonderful ones.
Such a beautiful city..
Strikingly beautiful. The architecture, the class, the entire scene is beautiful.
We wouldn't have declined as a society if the Austrian painter had won...
@@mh20162 Right... But you have his second coming in the Leningrad street thug so all hope is not lost. If you don't like it - go to russia!
@@mh20162yes we would have. He fought wars with money from banks that he would never have been able to pay off and almost all people would live in fear of being killed or sent to the camps
Had his whole life in front of him and at this point he’s been gone as long at 60 years. Crazy
This camera from 127 has better quality than most bank cameras 💀
How beautiful everyone is covered in elegant dresses ❤❤
I love how modest and well dressed these people were and proud of it too❤❤❤
Back in the day when fashion is at peak. Look at that girl with all dress, gentleman wear coat. Amazing
We wouldn't have declined as a society if the Austrian painter had won...
Without Tinder and Co. ;)
@@mh20162Sick mind😢.
Amazing.. first thing I thought is I know that place. Turns out I lived in Vienna for six months between 83 and 84. And now seeing that exact same place almost a hundred years earlier.. and yet I can somehow breathe and grasp the atmosphere that the landmark has preserved throughout the centuries. Absolutely mind blowing
Taken in the square on the right hand side of the Opera House.
Everybody was so well dressed ,nice
Какие дамы были прекрасные - в пышных платьях - с зонтиками! Не то, что сейчас в одних джинсах..
❤🎉😊🙏
Jeans some whear HOT PANTS OR PANTIES AND BRAS😢
Love going back in time with these videos. Like walking in the snow. Wonder where everyone was going.
No crips no bloods no violence no fast food stores everyone is in shape no over weight people.
@@eddieBoxerWell they wouldn't have crips or bloods regardless considering this is in Austria.
@@eddieBoxer they had much bigger problems back then. Like not living past 40, not getting food to eat every day and young children commonly dying. Not to mention terrible disease, bad health conditions, class oppression, war, etc.
You have my brain writing stories about the people.. the woman shuffling across the street.. the kid.. the slender man is off to steal souls… it’s just so fascinating…
Funny thing is Hitler was 7 years old during that time.
Damn
Wow to see other places and people of the world in different times is such a treat
Thanks 🙏 for sharing this! I lived in Vienna when I was a little girl, before coming to the USA. ❤❤
People 200 years down the road get to see people in these video's i wish we had videos of people back in the 1600s so these videos are a treasure
The camera was only developed in the late 18th century.
People 200 years down the road will also get to see dances on tik tok 😢
If the apes will rule the world in 200 years they sure think „ damn they were like us, just we jumped way better“
@@filcalippoI imagine them saying things like “they looked so happy always dancing and doing challenges with friends 🥺, we need to go back to those days 😢”
In 1600 they were barbarians and poor they looted 45 sterling pounds of present day value from Indian subcontinent and become civilised.
RIP TO EVERYONE IN THIS VIDEOS THEY WERE ALL BEAUTIFUL SOULS IM SO GLAD WE GET A GLIPSE OF THE PAST
That little boys name was theodor franz he robbed 10 banks from 1905-1913 when he was arrested after a murder he then was conscripted in 1914 after Austria declared war on Serbia and subsequently served in world war 1 where he was known as the butcher of Vienna and was even awarded the golden medal for bravery in 1917 after he led his men to victory in the battle of caporetto he was killed shortly after that

He might have been a nazi. Maybe not all of them were beautiful souls
It's incredible footage honestly !!!!! Amasing !!!❤❤❤❤
Their dresses are so unique
Back then people used to have sense of dressing and morality .
They had no choice to wear what they wanted and morality wasn't a thing either as they used child labor, even though it was forbidden.
Fashion is subjective and nowadays it's far more accessible and widespread.
The second point also depends on your time period but if you used modern standards they have absolutely horrendous morality.
You are over idealising the past cause you are r*tarded
“Morality” forgets child labor
Yea, back then they were humans
