    These exercises have helped me alot. About 10 year ago I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and I haven't been able to find a exercise video that I can do safely. I haven't been exercising with you guys very long about 2 weeks but I have noticed a big difference in my pain and movement. I want to thank you I'm glad I found you guys you have helped me alot.

    Rely enjoyed this stretching video. Was wondering if you have one for the core. For seniors of course. Still recovering from covid/pneumonia and I need to get back in shape.

    Great exercises! Your enthusiasm is contagious! 😊 Some of them I already do but it is nice to do them all together in this exercise sequence in the morning or any other moment... like taking a break from my computer! YES! Let's keep it moving! 😉

    Hi. I'm enjoying several of the Grow Young videos. Thank you. I'm wondering about doing them when arthritis is in the state of "flare up," when there is more inflammation (I guess is the cause) than usual, and as a result more pain than the usual chronic condition. Do you advise doing the routines at such times?
