As a disabled person, it would be cool to see you build a modern family home that would be wheelchair accessible. You could even add a challenge to to it.

That would be cool! I definitely think it could be a neat house, and while it might cause more trouble, maybe adding things for some medical conditions (I have one myself, though it hasn’t been added yet, it’s a g-tube) maybe a cabinet for diabetic things, or other conditions. I definitely like the idea for it being wheelchair accessible!
Agree but i also wish ea added mobility aids and medical devices

A Challenge that would be fun to watch Sydney struggle with: NO PLANT BUILD
No plants but these restrictions too:
No furniture with plant like clutter
No decorative items that looks like or symbolises plant (including paintings)
No furniture with floral patterns
No wallpaper and flooring with floral patters.

The exterior of this build is so creative!! Your builds are so unique and beautiful. I play the Sims almost on daily basis but your builds STILL inspire me so much!!
I get lesbian couple vibes in this house. Like one has her own online Plopsy store, she is super into plants, wellness, eating healthy, collecting crystals, fabricating stuff, and knitting. Then the other is a programmer from the city, loves causing mischief and doesn't mind making a few enemies, tells jokes in the shower, and collects frogs when they go camping together. The additional rooms are just guest rooms filled with the stuff they collect, because they don't really know what else to do with the rooms. It seems like they'd be a cute couple in this house!
the fact that you chose to do the greenhouse out of the bat and it was for the guru aspiration is wild. Specially because all the others (except comedy and mischief) were definitely a better fit. And as always, you managed to pulled off! Nice build :)

This was so fun to watch! Crazy how well each of them worked together! Having a game play video trying to complete different aspirations would be really fun, especially if it was tied to the build or even a wheel decide challenge for gameplay :) Well done again for such a great build , you're always amazing xx

I would love "every room is a different career" or "every room is a different clothing style" (in the cas you can filter the clothes for different clothing styles and maybe use these categories)
This one is so pretty! I love that you managed to keep the cohesion all the way through.
I use this same wheel when my sims age up to pick their aspiration. It stops me from just making the same type of sim over and over.😊

BUILD IDEA:
house that looks just like any home BUT nothing is actually functional.
so you need to place items so that they don't work or use items that aren't functional (like debug chairs etc).
I've been suggesting this for many many times and I really hope that Syd sees my comment. I think this would be so fun and amazing with her creativity!

I definitely want to live here. The outside is really cool, the shape of the house is original but it look so good, I don’t know how you do it. The inside is also nice, and the greenhouse is INCREDIBLE. I could live just in this greenhouse.

I just thought of a really nice community challenge you could do. Like make your followers create familys. Even adding a storyline and everything, and you build a house for them!
This makes a challenge for you to create a house for 'random' sims and it helps sims players (like me) who love to create families and play with them but are really not good at building and/or decorating houses... (and if you just take houses from the galery they often don't fit your sims...)
It would be really cool ♡

I’m laughing over the Tech Guru in the greenhouse. The old TV with the video games reminds me of playing the Super Nintendo on an almost identical TV in the 90s. 😂

Wow this build is so catered towards the sims i make 😭 i really do make my sims live the life i cant have which means they’re either super rich and live in mansions or theyre full on hippies who love meditation, gardening, being eco friendly, and using the bubble blower

Under the eco lifestyle shelf in the living room, you should add dirt under where there is dirt on the shelf to give it the effect of dirt has been spilled!

I love these build challenge videos! You always come up with such creative and beautiful builds. You could also do every room/tiny house/dorm/whatever is a different sim characteristic/conversation topic from growing together, or lifestyle from snowy escape

This house gives me vibes of like.. parents who love plants so they mived over to the countryside to have their own hardening fantasy, but they also had a teen who had to leave all of their friends and now they're mad about it and making mess like teens would.
They also have a younger kid who loves scouting and collecting stuff.

I feel like the chief of mischief is the owner of the house’s teenage kid who presents themself as more like their parent where it’s more hippy but sort of hippy grunge and they really don’t want to be like their parents but the owner is like a very eco friendly and loves everything plants and their partner was a computer programmer before they met and the owner was making an app and they got paired together and fell in love and had a kid. The programmer ended up liking the collection part of the outdoors more than the gardening and fishing so they got their frogs and other Knick knacks in the guest room while they try to keep their house as peaceful as they can while their kid wreaks havoc on everything around them
This is the house of a happy go lucky eco friendly sort of sim I love it

I could see this as a quirky family home... married couple maybe one into plants wellness and crystals..the other collector, Fisher, tech person. The frog/collector bedroom could suit a young boy who's a little nerdy, interested in things of the world..May be influenced by his parents and then the last bedroom definitely a teen girl who's more of the mischievous one of the family.
