I went through a horrible time for different reasons. I listened to Back to Good through a terrible depression. At the time I thought I would suffer from depression for the rest of my life but I didn't. Artwork can bring light to everybody.

Rob Thomas is amazing every song is relatable even now it's always relatable. He's one of the few singers who sings with his heart and soul with the lyrics have Soo much meaning that every generation can relate to. He's amazing and I was lucky to go to one of his concerts with 'thirsty Merc' as the opening act it was amazing live!

I thought i had nothing left and was in the middle of no where with no service when my phone caught service for a second i got a message it was from my ex telling me she hoped i was ok and this song was attached 4 years later shes laying beside me and we have my little girl and my son on the weekends if not for her sending me this I'd prob be dead today.

I struggle with an autoimmune disease and bipolar disorder. When I heard this song last it was in a restaurant. I looked at my boyfriend and I started crying. I relate to it all too well, I feel like someone wrote it for me in a way.. Sometimes I feel like I'm not enough and I want to give up when my body attacks me. But I realize how much love and support I have from him and it makes me stronger.
