3:45 Crippled Depression creator here, so some fun info on this amazing level, this was an April fools level I made last year. The gp is an attempted (apperently the ball is brutal) rebalanced version of a level I made in 2018 called crippling depression. Ironically enough this level was some of the most fun I've ever had building. And yes I take pride in knowing I have one of the least liked extremes

Silent clubstep is a level that you either love or you hate. If you look at the individual enjoyments you'd see 5 people didn't like it but the 2 most recent victors actually gave it a good score. I actually really like it because I think the gameplay is fun, even though it's unbalanced. Aside from that, I kinda feel like you focused too much on deco sometimes. I get that it's hard to judge the gameplay of top extreme demons, but decoration still isn't really a factor for many people when they find a level fun or unfun. I also would've preferred if this video was less bias. For example, when talking about Atmos, you said "Take this placement with a grain of salt, it only has 7 opinions, which is the minimum to even qualify." Meanwhile while talking about Silent clubstep, you mentioned how you don't think it should be rated at all, even though it also only has 7 opinions. Overall it's a well-made video though, just some things I wish were done differently.
Well it makes sense for Atmos because it's way easier and way more accessible than Silent Clubstep from your example. Atmos just needs to get more victors with it being a newer level to the list. I also think its a well made extreme demon unlike most of these extreme demons in this video regardless on what their enjoyment average is.

Ive beaten The Ultimate Phase and Sakupen Hell and i agree those are terrible... but ive also beaten Crippled Depression and its honestly more mid than awful lmao... but im glad most people agree anyways
Atmos being on here is honestly a result of it having only 8 victors. Like 3 people liked the level,5 didnt and its already put in a situation like that. As a victor of it (done as a hardest) who very liked the level i think its underappreciated and if more people went for it then its average enjoyment would be bigger.
I think Atmos has a lag problem, I was lagging while trying to bot it for showcase. That showcase of Atmos got very few views as well, underrated level
Yeah and I’m pretty sure there was a balancing update after the first victor had already beaten it. It’s a shame because that was a huge problem he had with the level
play atmos for yourself. the gameplay works only 10% of the time, the chokepoints are INSANE and the balancing is non existent. theres about 5 orb clicks from around 50-100% that are impossible to pull off consistently, and the level suffers because of it. great example of why unique gameplay and structuring doesnt = good gameplay.

6:09 I actually beat sakupen hell as my new hardest after bloodbath and I would actually recommend it. While the gameplay can be very frustrating at times, it did wonders for improving my wave skill.
silent clubstep was meant to be an impossible level and not be verified legit, so no wonder it's gameplay is with the intent of being hard. It was with the intent of not being beaten at all, and the deco was made in 1.8
The rated Unknown Extreme Demon is a rework of the older impossible version of it no surprise it doesn’t have fun gameplay but I really like the atmosphere and deco !👍 Also SUPERHATEMEWORLD was also considered a impossible Level which got a Rework which I personally really like but I understand that when you play it the Gameplay can be frustrating

I just wanna correct something you said at 10:49. It's not too big of a deal but the GD civilization event was not to make a bad level. We were given a week to try to make the hardest level possible and also verify it within that week. Again, not too big of a deal but I kinda just wanted to let you know just incase. Great video tho

This has nothing to do with the community's stance on the level, as I'm sure you know that Acheron is generally considered a good level, even if people hate playing it. The same goes for Silent Clubstep and probably a lot of the other levels on your list, but the way you presented the video makes it seem like you think the community actually dislikes these levels. Just a friendly criticism, and I really enjoyed the video and thought the idea was really good!

I personally don’t understand the hate for Acheron, I Gen think it’s one of the most fun list levels. And even outside of enjoyability for me, I find it really original, the sync is amazing, the song is amazing, the deco is awesome and it brings an amazing atmosphere to a top level, and also it isn’t hell themed that’s cool too. But I get why ppl rlly don’t like it bc low enjoyment is pretty much destined 99% of the time for a level of that difficulty.

silent clubstep deserved rate same reason as why silent club has rate too, if a level got rated a long time ago but unrated due to hacked completion or something similar but it gets rated years after It's rated because it already had the rate. in the matter of silent clubstep i neither got rated due to hacked completion, nor get rated but i think it was rate worthy when it was created, and the difficulty it's not a factor for it to not got the rate, so it just needed to be verified, that's why it got rated like the same day it was verified not sure if it's how it works but i think it is, at least it makes sense for me, can't see why it got rated if that's not how it works

Partially correct. Avernus doesn't have enough opinions, but with the 4 opinions as of now it averages around 70/100. So it wouldn't even go near this list.

Low enjoyment doesnt mean you hate the level, you could give a level 0/100 enjoyment but still love the level. Enjoyment just tells about your experience and how fun did you find the gp to be.

Ok like i understand these are stat based ratings but actually wtf is that. I'd like to just talk about some levels that should and should NOT be included in this list. The ones that should be here: Avernus, hate war, conical depression, bass cave, demonicat, geode, hard machine, sary never clear, silent club, ANY LEVEL OF THE HELL SERIES (at least something like The Hell Nutz would work), fabrication, athanatos, devil vortex, tantrum, necromancer, kocmoc (gameplaywise) and A LOT MORE. The ones that should NOT be here: Widestep, emptiness, OVERKILL??, dedohexdragon, sakupen hell, monstrosity, TRON????, ATMOS????????????, MOVING FVCKING FORWARD???, ego killing, acheron... I'm actually flabbergasted by how many of these are like objectively wrong and could be replaced by literally ANYTHING. But overall great video (like your style and montage are great so yeah good luck with future projects like this one)
The Ultimate Phase, I don´t know what I should say. Unknown completely trash. Sonic Wave Rebirth doesn´t look really good and why does it exist? It´s the exact same difficulty as Sonic Wave with the exact same clicks. Sakupen Hell is kinda fun. Mayhem is really boring. Silent Clubstep looks good and the gameplay is really fun in m opinion. Pretty overrated. Abyss of Darkness is overhated, the decoration is amazing, the song fits the level well and it´s pretty unique. The gameplay is really good from my expirience and it´s one of the extremes I wanna beat one day. Superhatemeworld is overhated as well like this level is goated. The decoration is good, one of the best hell levels on the list right now and I really like the gameplay, it isn´t that bad as people say for me. Difficulty has nothing to do with enjoyement but Acheron is really bad when it comes to gameplay. It sucks, it´s just an unfun version of Tartarus and really no part in it is good. For a top 1 it isn´t that bad and deco is okay.
Avernus actually doesn't have enough opinions to even place on the EDEL, but even if it did its average is no where near the 30's. It's actually close to the 70's.

Yes, I think awful looking color combinations and spam decoration in some areas with the gameplay being as bad as it is makes it not rate worthy at all. Its just my opinion.
someone put hours and days into their life verifying a crazy difficult level, if that doesnt deserve a rate then idk what does, u care too much about deco, thats the last thing i think about when playing a level.
@@slushie2386 With that logic, then how about every layout with 0 decoration gets rated. The only reason I say it looks awful is because of the standards we put on certain levels with the rating system. (Tidal Wave is a great example)

What I have to say about the Silent Clubstep rating thing is look at xo it is 1.0 looks pretty good for that but its 1.0 deco and still got rated. Silent Clubstep was about 8 or so years old many levels got rated with that being kept in mind before this even was proven to be possible. Moving on from that I can tell why Atmos is so disliked I have thought of doing it as one of my first extreme demons I can do the duals and other parts separate but the duals are where the enjoyment from me just goes down.
My opinion on all of them: #25. I really like the ultimate phase tbh, the deco is kinda bad for its time but i really like thr gameplay and atmosphere. #24. I REALLY DID NOT LIKE THIS LEVEL. #23. Level is kinda mid, not in the top 25 worst but its still kinda ass, it has inconsistent transitions and the deco is kind of bland. #22. I played this level a bit, and its ass. Gameplay is super unsatisfying and really inconsistent. The level has nothing cool going on. #21. Makes sense that the gameplay is ASS, but the deco is kinda sick in my opinion. I can see why this is on the top 25 worst extremes list though #20 is actually dont hate this level. The deco is kinda mid but the atmosphere is actually kinda good. #19 i REALLY like this level, not in my favorites but its a good level to me. #18 the gameplay and js the level itself is like unseasoned chicken with unseasoned vegetables, bland as FUCK #17 i actually fw this level, its really unique and i like it. #16 the level looks extremely sick and i envy levels that look like this (for example sink) but the gameplay really ruins it #15 i love this level in so many ways, its concept, its history, its atmosphere, so much seems really sick, sadly the gameplay and its difficulty kinda drags it down, but far from a worst 25 for me #14 idk ehat to day other than its ass and i cant think of anything else to say #13 holy shit this level is bland and the deco looks ass #12 i like sonic wave but not this one, kinda ass #11 omg i loooooove this level, super overhated imo #10 really just a case of the creators didnt care abt gameplay and only deco, that ruins this and many other levels for me #9 no words this gameplay is the worst shit #8 i dont like this level, the deco is mid and the gameplay is ASS so yeah #7 idk i dont have an opinion on this #6 omg this level is cool, i like the deco, the gp it goes with, the atmosphere, really just a sick level imo #5 idk deco and atmosphere is sick but the gameplay is frustrating and ass #4 omg i completely agree with this placement, the gameplay is ass and the deco is sorta good but wasted on this absolute dogshit of a level. #3 this level also looks bland asf and unsatisfying. Imo Moving forward isn’t THAT bad, but it’s not a good level either. I played this level for some time (I had it in 2 runs before I dropped it for Zodiac) and honestly it’s gameplay is not bad, it’s just very unusual. The only bad thing it’s the balancing of the level, cuz the drop ball and wave are like 50% of the difficulty and the last robot and ship are next 40% of the difficulty. Personally I wouldn’t say it’s in the top 10 worst extremes tho, or even in top 25.

This has nothing to do with the community's stance on the level, as I'm sure you know that Acheron is generally considered a good level, even if people hate playing it. The same goes for Silent Clubstep and probably a lot of the other levels on your list, but the way you presented the video makes it seem like you think the community actually dislikes these levels. Just a friendly criticism, and I really enjoyed the video and thought the idea was really good!
The current rated version of Silent Clubstep is not even the real version/ the unnerfed. It’s a lame nerfdate that takes away the history part

I agree that enjoyment is subjective and varies for each player, just know this list was made from the best source possible with victors who have actually played and beaten these levels. I personally don’t understand the hate for Acheron, I Gen think it’s one of the most fun list levels. And even outside of enjoyability for me, I find it really original, the sync is amazing, the song is amazing, the deco is awesome and it brings an amazing atmosphere to a top level, and also it isn’t hell themed that’s cool too. But I get why ppl rlly don’t like it bc low enjoyment is pretty much destined 99% of the time for a level of that difficulty.

silent clubstep deserved rate same reason as why silent club has rate too, if a level got rated a long time ago but unrated due to hacked completion or something similar but it gets rated years after It's rated because it already had the rate.
in the matter of silent clubstep i neither got rated due to hacked completion, nor get rated but i think it was rate worthy when it was created, and the difficulty it's not a factor for it to not got the rate, so it just needed to be verified, that's why it got rated like the same day it was verified
not sure if it's how it works but i think it is, at least it makes sense for me, can't see why it got rated if that's not how it works

Avernus, hate war, conical depression, bass cave, demonicat, geode, hard machine, sary never clear, silent club, ANY LEVEL OF THE HELL SERIES (at least something like The Hell Nutz would work), fabrication, athanatos, devil vortex, tantrum, necromancer, kocmoc (gameplaywise) and A LOT MORE.

Widestep, emptiness, OVERKILL??, dedohexdragon, sakupen hell, monstrosity, TRON????, ATMOS????????????, MOVING FVCKING FORWARD???, ego killing, acheron... I'm actually flabbergasted by how many of these are like objectively wrong and could be replaced by literally ANYTHING.
But overall great video (like your style and montage are great so yeah good luck with future projects like this one)

The Ultimate Phase, I don´t know what I should say. Unknown completely trash. Sonic Wave Rebirth doesn´t look really good and why does it exist? It´s the exact same difficulty as Sonic Wave with the exact same clicks. Sakupen Hell is kinda fun. Mayhem is really boring. Silent Clubstep looks good and the gameplay is really fun in m opinion. Pretty overrated. Abyss of Darkness is overhated, the decoration is amazing, the song fits the level well and it´s pretty unique. The gameplay is really good from my expirience and it´s one of the extremes I wanna beat one day. Superhatemeworld is overhated as well like this level is goated. The decoration is good, one of the best hell levels on the list right now and I really like the gameplay, it isn´t that bad as people say for me. Difficulty has nothing to do with enjoyement but Acheron is really bad when it comes to gameplay. It sucks, it´s just an unfun version of Tartarus and really no part in it is good. For a top 1 it isn´t that bad and deco is okay.

@@slushie2386 With that logic, then how about every layout with 0 decoration gets rated. The only reason I say it looks awful is because of the standards we put on certain levels with the rating system. (Tidal Wave is a great example)

I just beat untitled unmastered recently and it's one of my favorite extremes, I found it super fun lol.
What I have to say about the Silent Clubstep rating thing is look at xo it is 1.0 looks pretty good for that but its 1.0 deco and still got rated. Silent Clubstep was about 8 or so years old many levels got rated with that being kept in mind before this even was proven to be possible. Moving on from that I can tell why Atmos is so disliked I have thought of doing it as one of my first extreme demons I can do the duals and other parts separate but the duals are where the enjoyment from me just goes down.

#23. Level is kinda mid, not in the top 25 worst but its still kinda ass, it has inconsistent transitions and the deco is kind of bland.
#22. I played this level a bit, and its ass. Gameplay is super unsatisfying and really inconsistent. The level has nothing cool going on.
#21. Makes sense that the gameplay is ASS, but the deco is kinda sick in my opinion. I can see why this is on the top 25 worst extremes list though

Imo Moving forward isn’t THAT bad, but it’s not a good level either. I played this level for some time (I had it in 2 runs before I dropped it for Zodiac) and honestly it’s gameplay is not bad, it’s just very unusual. The only bad thing it’s the balancing of the level, cuz the drop ball and wave are like 50% of the difficulty and the last robot and ship are next 40% of the difficulty. Personally I wouldn’t say it’s in the top 10 worst extremes tho, or even in top 25.
