I have watched this video 3 or 4 times I have a few questions I am interested in picking up this kit for my newer YXz. They don't really cover in the video what you have to do to the shocks.. I am also looking for more clearance what size tires are you guys recommending I'm looking to do some desert racing locally in Southern California , Also also Sand dunes
Don't know the difference in caster and camber but it is comparible to stock. The car feels great at speed but does still have some bump steer like all YXZs. We never had an issue with the bump steer, just let her rip and she's happy
It would be a more effective way to lower it and still have some travel. The ride height is fully adjustable of course through the spring preload collar. Raise the collar and your ride height drops, along with the up travel in your shocks. So the valving would need to be set up accordingly.
No, everything works great as long as the frame is in good condition. Relocating the shocks (not done with this kit) does put extra load on the front section of the frame and we do recommend reinforcing with the shock relocation
What were the final travel numbers before and after?
18.25 front and 19.25 rear at the hub
Where yu get the NEW HEADLIGHTS?????

Can you run stock 29 wheels on this kit ?
Yes you can run up to a 33" tire, 29s would look small but will work
Does the frame need to be reinforced?

Is there enough clearance to run 32s with this kit?
Yeah you can fit 32s, still need to check clearance everywhere through steering and travel to make sure you don't rub any critical components
😎🤙🏼
