- Due to popular request, I have made this video louder. Please make sure to turn on that HD setting as well as there will be many clips from the loadboard.
Today we do a test of how much money can be made on a flatbed. Well, according to the results I will be on my way to purchase one of those babies shortly!

Currently a flatbed driver I watch all your videos an take a lot of note once I hit 2 year otr I’ll go ahead and get my own MC etc because insurance right for me is $10k Down payment but I love the number break down you do every month it keeps motivated thank you again for all your great content and positive videos
you found the good loads right away. Flatbed cooled down a little, but you can still find some good paying loads
Great content as usual!! Black is definitely your color💙💙
I'm not a trucker, and am not American. Idk how I get this video recomended to me, but this is nice.
many factors go into it not just pay. tarp size, weight, route and fuel price in that area. thats why i could never have someone who hasnt been flatbed driver book loads for me .
That is my. Looks pretty cool like anytime
It's good to see you again. you need to upload video everyday because I would like to see you everyday,,
I appreciate you
Cool!
Right now I see a lot of people are migrating towards flatbed. In the last 3 weeks flatbed rates have come down by 30 cents on average. eventually I believe they'll all equalize, except for tarp pay. also please note flatbed gets very slow in winter. I would reconsider Getting into flatbed right now at least.
One more Important thing flatbed trucks using truckstop lodboard and taking the wide loads for more profit!
I have a question is there is any better way to look for team driver loads. Me and brother are team drivers but having so much hard time finding team loads that can be delivered in couple of days instead of 5-6 days delivery date. Mostly loads are listed for solo drivers.
I appreciate your all helpful videos
Nice! Let’s crush FB market together! Just got one too ) But what makes me calm is that at least I’ve managed to get a professional flatbed driver, who knows how to tarp and tough enough to flatbed during rain, snow etc…
How did you find him/her? Im starting trucking biz and want to focus on FB only!
April to November is the busy season for fb and Stepdeck
You did it so fast, but I guess it is 2nd nature to you... Thanks for showing a flatbed load board for today's market, been trying to find out what the rates are...
What load board are you using?
I use the DAT power loadboard!
Great insight on how you would book loads! Not sure, but have you ever done a live call with brokers on negotiating loads to where we could hear both ends? Is that something you'd be open to? I've seen you call them before about loads, those videos were great!
I should really start doing those again! The issue is that I book loads at 5 AM my time so I look like a WITCH haha
@@TruckingMadeSuccessful 😆 but witches make Magic happen! 📞 ✨️
@@itsmitchnewton7670 Haha that is very true!
Were all these loads just for one truck a month? That seemed like a LOT of loads for just one driver. Can someone please let me know because I haven’t been able to book this many loads for myself. How is this done?
Reefer loads next!!! Please?!
Will do!
@@TruckingMadeSuccessful Awesome! I’d love to see current data on how much a FTL or Partial is paying going to all the zones!
I dispatch flatbed the spot market is different in different areas of the country. I like particular lanes. Higher rpm. Nothing less them 3.20rpm at min
Love it! How does the RPM hold up in the winter?
@@TruckingMadeSuccessful It should be about the same.. depending on shipper..Steel is Steel is Steel, this year will be a little different since there are so many that switched to FB, but many may switch back once DV busy season and rates go back up..
@@phillytruckerwife6630 Thank you!
the way these rates are tanking on a weekly basis we are lucky to be at 3rpm. Alot of these brokers do not care about bottom line since these smaller carriers who dont know flatbed too well are moving these low paying loads.
@@santiagoc1489 real flatbedder I think are sticking to our worth or at least trying.. I think the new flatbedder (those that were dry van and just switch due to the market) will return to dry van once the market changes. .. my 2 cents lol
Flat bed obviously makes more and Stepdeck even more.
This vid 4 me
Can I file for a DOT and MC if My dad and I started an LLC together but he is the only CDL A Driver with endorsements? Can I do all this in my name even if I dont have a CDL?
Yes u can of course
Thanks we are up and running
What load board you using thank
DAT Power
How do you find the map with the market?
It comes with the DAT power subscription
@@TruckingMadeSuccessful Thanks for the response. Very great info here keep up the great work!!!!
Do you dispatch flatbed ?
I do not....yet. But planning on getting a flatbed and will start dispatching it in about a month
What load board is this?
DAT
🙏🏽 thanks
Leave Sunday home by 12 Wednesday 5k
Flat bed paid more because you need to work more so is even out
Hi am o/o can u dispatch me
At this time I am only dispatching my own fleet, but looking into this service for the future
Those are shifty rates for fb. 17k miles that’s ridiculous,, 3$ and up is the least and 3.5$ for Stepdeck
