When Antagonizing The Police Goes Wrong

On May 10th, 2022, an officer observed a vehicle fail to activate its turn signal when changing lanes in Chicago, Illinois. The officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, and the suspect immediately became verbally argumentative. The car had dark window tints and continued to roll up the windows, so the officer asked the occupants to exit the vehicle, and they refused to listen to commands.
The arrestee was charged with a misdemeanor for resisting/obstructing an officer, and eventually, the court case was dismissed.
