Hi, how much compromised is this in terms of dynamics/bodyroll handling as it is an SUV compared to m340i wagon?

I agree with the rest but it is definitely not comfy. Suspension is very stiff.

Nah, my 2017 M140i is perfect, this is ok but too big, too tall, too heavy.

I just don't see the point in SUV's, even though everyone seems to love them.
There is just as much interior space inside a normal hatch/saloon, which are also faster, handle better, and are more fuel efficient.
When you park an SUV in a normal supermarket store car park, you can't open the doors because the SUV's are so wide compared to normal cars, the parking slots are too small.
And when you want to go fast, the tall body and extra weight ruin the handling.
Maybe people just like being sat higher up, it gives them a sense of superiority or something :-)
@@DjNikGnashers This particular one is just spot on in terms of size e.t.c. Love it (as a fan of estates).
Sitting slightly higher is also something you enjoy (better view). Safety.
And of course -clearance. Enjoy so much this snowy winter getting into deep snow, parking without any problems...
@@DanWill121 I drove large vans for 10 years, so I get the whole sat high better view thing is nice to some people, but I prefer being at a normal height and not sacrificing handling or efficiency, and I don't have any problems observing the road ahead or not being able to spot hazards.
It snows about 0.2% of the time, so I don't really care about driving a top-heavy, worse-handling car all year, just in case we might get a week of snow lol.

I owned the same color spec outside and inside. Also had had it tuned with MHD stage 2+. Now I own. 2022 X3 MC. Great vehicles!
Would you say the MHD stage 2+ on the g01 performed better than this compared to the figures ?
I would say it was about the same as the video. It was definitely faster than stock.

@jonasbaine3538 it's coming next week mate. Car is immaculate otherwise have to wait and see. I've done a lot of research minimal issues with the m40i spec considering engine and driveline. I dunno, I've got it on warranty for 5 years being genuine bmw used

Superfast for a X3 with "only" 465 HP! I guess this car is well above 500 HP. Are we sure that's only a tune, a fuel pump and a decat downpipe? 🤔

I will never get why people would give their car to someone to drive it, why? To give their opinion? What do I care for other peoples opinion? Just feels like they just want to show off and say look at me car guys look at how much money I have.
Maybe because these people are fans of this channel. I've been following these guys for years, they've gained a huge amount of subscribers. Imagine seeing your own car featured in one of their videos!

@@erikcustom I wouldnt care less and thats me being honest. My car gets seen every day on the streets and I get thumbs up everywhere I go and if nobody would mention my car I wouldnt care less. I buy my car for me and not for somebody else. He dropped that key on the ground also which is about the worst thing you can do with that kinda key, I wouldnt be happy about that. He also doesnt even know which engine is in there.
