thank you for being the only aria top content on the internet! I am about to order the exact same machine/colour. the only thing holding me back is that its an hx. but I havent found a double boiler that I like more than the aria top

Let me say this, if you are planning to use your machine for personal use, the HX has been very satisfactory. If the dual boiler is necessary, have you considered the Bezzera Duo MN? Dual boiler with all the features of the Aria.. only drawback is the size is bigger.
You mention your pressure issue may have been due to calcium build-up. I know you are guessing there, as you don't sound certain that was the issue, but let me encourage you to test your water and find a solution to softening your water if this is an issue - I killed my espresso maching after three years because I wasn't doing this. I thought my refrigerator filter was good enough, but wow was I wrong. Hope you avoid my mistake!

It was probablythe quality of the water you used,not necessarily from Bezzara's fault
