I have no experience in running or any other sport activities. Recently I got inspired from a book and decided to run a marathon. so as a first step I have registered for a 5 km run coming Nov 19th. my current state is, I can very slow jog for a km or can walk 2km. So you game me a plan to try now. Thank You... I'll try to follow this and on 19th I'll try to reply to this comment by sharing my experiences. If it goes well might need your help for 10km to 43km plans as well 😅

But I didn't fully follow your program though... god distracted due to work (excuses 🙁) I tried only your walking and jogging tips in all weekends. that helped thanks 😁. I'll try to stay consistent from now on atleast 😅.. have to search and register any 10km now.. lets see how that goes. thank you.. keep uploading videos 😁
Thank you!!! great!!! I have participated in 9 marathon till date. Out of that 8 Marathon are 5kms & 1 was 10kms. Apart from that i go for running only on weekends. I couldnt push beyond 5.5-6kms (Non-stop running). How to improve. Infact i compromised my unwanted food habits. Also during week days i do warmup like situps , high-knee raise , breathing practice (Pranayamam), pushups. I dont know where Iam lagging.
Triathlon Bikes / TT (Time Trial) Bikes are available from brands like Trek, Scott, Cervilo, Felt, Look, etc., but they are very costly (starts at minimum of 3 lac rupees) and are only useful for time trial and triathlon purposes. They are difficult to handle on regular road use and are also not permitted in road races like BRM / LRM events. Hence, my personal recommendation shall be to go with Road bikes which have multi-purpose use and can be used for Triathlons and also Road races. Also, good road bikes are available from 1 lac onwards. Hope this helps. Kindly let me know if you have further queries. Happy riding Bro
Shimano is into this field for more than a century, whereas Microshift is just over 2 decades into this business. Shimano offers a complete groupset consisting of crank, brakes, shifters, derailleur, etc., whereas Microshift is only into derailleurs abd shifters. Microshift may be cost competitive as compared to Shimano as they are comparatively new in the market.. whereas quality, reliability and product features are dominated by Shimano

slow down the usual speed and run for time you will easily do more distance
