  • I'm excited to use a simplistic Tenkara fly fishing rod for the first time at Chilkoot Creek. The minimalist concept of rod, line and fly was very intriguing to me, so I picked one up. As the snow in the area continues to melt and water levels go down, expect to see a lot more of this Trout fly fishing rod in the future!
Ending this video at Hetch Hetchy Reservoir in Yosemite National Park was the cherry on top for me. Beautiful area and I highly recommend!

Filming these videos really helps me to be more observant and to look around for something interesting to capture. I have to remind myself to put the camera down and take it all in every once in awhile

I used to cut them up this way and that, but a friend of mine cooked them whole recently so I've been doing that since! The smaller jalapeños pack a punch, I love it
