May Health Check Up 2019

Hello there One and All,
I have been absent in the coming months, which I want to cover in another video, but this is a video that I recorded in May and it has a lot of good information, and I was really proud of filming them and yeah I love them.
This is an update to my health is regards to; EDS Type 3 Hypermobility (Ehlers- Danlos Syndrome), MTD (Muscle Tension Dysphonia) and POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome). There are updates and general information in this video.
