Yes, indeed. It will also feature a passport control area. Thus, both terminal 1 and 2 will be able to handle international flights. Hence, more int'l flights may eventually fly out of SAN. SD Trolley will also have underground stations at the airport, but that's still in the planning phase. You'll eventually be able to take the Trolley to the airport from both UCSD and SDSU.

There's no proper A350 in MSFS though. At least, not as a fully modeled add-on

Yes! Both British Airways and Lufthansa flies the A350 into SAN.

British Airways is now flying into SAN twice daily using a 777 and a 787. The A350 will be back in the Winter.
