Is it safe to do this practice during pregnancy? If not, do you have videos you can recommend for practice during pregnancy? Thank you for your teaching. Your videos have been helping me heal physically and emotionally in my miscarriage.
Yes, you can. But just do it slowly. For the movement#3: hands folded body curving, if your belly allows you to bend that low you can do, otherwise you don’t’ need to do that movement if you are pregnant!! Thank you
I have a question. If it can be answered. I have nerve damage issues, problems with muscles, numbness, pain. I do this routine and when I do, I feel much better. But, my issues come back. Would it be beneficial to do more daily? Or, what? Thanks

You can practice daily. Like this become your daily routine in the morning or the evening. It will be very wonderdul for your health. If you dont have time to do practice everyday, you can try every other day, or twice a week, depends on you... Thank you for being there.
