You need to draw constructions, sketch it out, and then draw the human. Use various shapes when constructing the figure, sketch it out, take a photo of yourself as a reference, do what you want!
the best way to get started with a drawing without making it look like hell, is to just start just as you go the paper, like just don't keep shaking and start, I know when you are trying to draw really good this happens like drawing something on a new book, just start it away better use a pencil first it helps way better than the pen. if you don't believe me if you want more info, you can ask me any questions on my channel videos.
