the way your demonstrated the 3 by two directional control valve is one of the best video whe have on the youtube
Amazing I like that so much
hello sir I found your vid, very informative for our class. Sir may I ask your opinion on how can I make a pneumatic system for this situation? "Using a double-acting cylinder, it must be possible to open and close the skylight in a roof. Two pushbuttons are used, one for opening and one for closing the skylight. Each of the two pushbuttonscan be used for “inching”the skylight into whatever positionis required. The solution to be used employs a 5/3 directional control valve with a defined mid-position as the control element. Draw the circuit diagram, check the correct functioningand observe the behavior of the positioning driveduring the stop positions. All connections and ports must have its proper designations."
What happens, when we press both buttons at the same time and why it happens?
If I press both at exactly the same time, the cylinder will remain in whatever position it was last. This is because there is equal pressure being applied to both inputs, thereby holding the 5/2 locked in whatever position it was in last.
or... whichever PB I press a couple milliseconds before the other will dictate what happen to the 5/2 and the position of the cylinder
Hi
I have 4 cylinder
Every 2 are group
I need to make when the first 2 is expected the anthers are retracted
And when the first group is recacted the anther group is extended
How can make it pls
Thanks...
keep up man , from morocco :D
hi
do u have a video of double-acting cylinder with selector switch ?
Not at the moment
What happens if the air pressure is doubled?
Cylinders move super fast and stuff starts to break
What is the name of that program

Thanks for the link
I feel robbed that my school doesn't offer a pneumatics class/lab
