Cooking for me is a huge challenge as I can not stand for very long before I begin to shake, and my cognitive abilities are still very noticeable. I often have to read things multiple times to understand the instructions. I love you for understanding the need for busy folks and quick recipes. However, this was not only easy to follow, but it didn't steal all of my energy. I believe there is a niche that recipes like this are easy and refreshing to find!!! My stability and lack of energy does not allow me to prep for cooking. I love this recipe, which was delicious, and so did the family. ❤❤❤ I am looking forward to more quick recipes that I might be able to try on my own. Love this! I’ve been focusing on eating down the random pantry items one tends to collect. Luckily I had an extra can of chicken from when I made Buffalo dip, cream of chicken soup, and mixed veggies. Thought I’d have to make a crust but I remember I had puff pastry in the freezer! Pretty much the same as what you’ve showed. I also Appreciate what you said about it being a fast meal. I’ve been cooking for years from college, 20s, to now in my 30s as a SAHW. I have more time to cook than most people, and I have my spurts of being a “domestic goddess” where everything is pretty much from scratch. But to be a well-balanced cook and food lover I think it’s key to like/be able to do or acquire things many ways: the fine dining version, home made from scratch, homemade with shortcuts, and even the frozen/premade versions. Each has their place in my tummy, schedule, energy level, and mood :) Thank you for this no-fuss breakdown!

This is the perfect recipe because I want to use up some veggies before they go bad. So I’ll sub the frozen veggies. Because this is a no-fuss recipe I am more likely to do it in a hurry-perfect.
