do you have any tips for workout/conditioning for bases? im a small base, with no experience, male 20, 158cm 50kg (SBD - 85/55/105)KG. i do my best to watch videos to learn and analyse crucial steps in the technique such as leg/arms etc. the flyers in my team have 1-2 years experience, their about my height and size as well. your advice is greatly appreciated. thank you very much.
Let me know how it goes! Should be easier as you don't have to make the flyer weightless and shift your hands around mid air! This is called a pop adjust which I'll make a video about :).

Interesting tip for moving feet to outside part of your hand for platform before the push press. will defs try it out!
