META is UNRELIABLE; Here's why

With the imaginarum theatre and the tough abyss runs in the recent 4.7 update, it is undeniable that characters like Venti, Seigweinne and Albedo are being overshadowed by Kazuha, Furina and Chiori. However, I do think that META is always changing, and the game will always release characters that are improvements upon the flaws of the older characters. Since Genshin is an open-world exploration game, it is understandable why they can't nerf/buff characters. As time went by, the once hilchurl-slime-absorbing Venti quickly got replaced by the META support Kazuha, who can bring both big and heavy enemies near him, providing better synergy. He has one of the highest pick rates for the abyss as well as wish banners, similar to Furina.
That being said, what if you don't have Kazuha? What if you don't have Furina? And is Albedo genuinely a loss compared to Chiori without his Best in Slot weapon? I personally believe that it is better for one to experiment with the characters,, and understanding their kit, so you can use other characters to synergize with them. Yes, one META character may be worth 3-4 other characters, but I think a game is really about having fun and experimenting, researching on when would be the best time for the characters to be used. I will be looking forward to talking about why the trials in Genshin are not a good assessment of whether you should pull for the characters, and why Imaginarum theatre is good for us.
