    Thanks bruh for all your research and videos on this. I’m 44 and started your program 4 months ago. I’ve seen much improvements and I’m an experienced and dedicated weight lifter with over 20 yrs experience since college. My knee mobility and strength is better than ever. And my shoulder and lower back strength and flexibility are ridiculously strong now!!

Please consider checking out the over 600 videos flexing the wrong way into gravity in the opposite direction. Every exercise every muscle. EVOLUTION!

    Would it be silly to ask for a series on shoulder Mobility? or spine Mobility? These are things that my dad really struggles with because he has a lot of muscle mass in this upper body and torso. And got an injury from doing deep push-ups with two chairs. Both of my parents have shoulder injuries and I'd really like to help them be able to get back to "normal"

    Great videos but we need a ATG wrist mobilisation and strengthning guide for older people and athletes that use them in their sports (cricket, golf, baseball ,etc)

    Any benefit to lateral movement ability for knee pain. Lateral sled pulls? Also was wondering about up steps backwards and down steps backwards while using railings of course

    • @TheKneesovertoesguy
      @TheKneesovertoesguy  13 дней назад +3

      You can add lateral work. The most helpful I’ve used for the knees is the stretch-strength factor leading to the insides and outsides of the knee, as shown in my most recent video before this one, Mobility Series 2. The biggest misunderstanding with lateral motion is that the PRIMARY drivers of lateral motion are the same muscles that drive forward and backward motion. And the only things I’ve found more necessary outside of that are covered in Mobility Series 2. ✅🤝

    How long walking backward?

    • @TheKneesovertoesguy
      @TheKneesovertoesguy  13 дней назад +3

      5-10 mins continuous or up to 100 yards if done back and forth with forward (the forward sled/tread is exhausting!)

      Talked with a lot of people in-person, not sure where to start. So I’m reorganizing my entire page as series. Way better educational effect. I’m here to educate, not entertain! My channel still has no ad money turned on, as I said when I had 1000 subs. Now over 1m. Same mission. So in the Playlists you can now get the education faster and better. You can also request any past video at any time. 🫡

      @@TheKneesovertoesguy I miss some of the older videos I used to watch but I like this new way of organising the info 👌 And it's refreshing to see a channel that's not optimising for the clicks alone. Looking forward to the series.

      @@TheKneesovertoesguywhat an incredible response to say, “They gave too much away for free. Instead we’re going to make these shorter clips looking to make them convert better.”
      I’ve seen this play out EXACTLY like this too many times. - that’s why I automatically download videos I find value in to my computer directly so I can have that content as long as necessary. (not YT downloads, those will still disappear)
      Hopefully I’m proven wrong, but
      I’ll come back and check on this comment and sadly I’m sure I’ll unfortunately probably be correct.

      @@skaylingop9673 I don't know man. I'm pretty much as cynical as they come, but I don't think you can accuse the guy for not giving enough away for free. Spreading his info to people free of charge seems to be a pretty core value of his. And even if it's true that he's tightening the flow of free info a bit (and I'm not convinced that's what he's doing here) is there something inherently wrong with that? If you had a good service you provided I wouldn't expect you to just go around giving it to the world without making a living off it.

      I can explain my beliefs without being a jerk to anyone else, but I haven’t seen that commonly in the diet space, so I will just do my job in exercise, and not add more attacks, since I already get enough criticism for my exercise beliefs. Maybe you can do much better, but the tribes in diet have lost the plot of LIFE itself, and the ability to treat others with respect.
