"Just a pinch" is actually a fairly accurate description here, not just the doctor trying to calm you down! For cavities that are really far back or take longer to fill, the worst part was my tongue getting tired from holding it far away from what they were doing lol
I went to the dentist to get a cavity fixed. My dentist was having problems with his drill not spraying water and i felt a sensitivity intensely and it made me jump in my seat. But after my dentist administered a second shot i felt nothing. I was a bit disappointed that i felt that intense sensitivity but im very satisfied with the outcome. Im in #19 of my 30 months smile redo. 😬 So far im amazed at the progress ive been seeing in my smile 😁
I want to say watching how to do proper flossing cause of you, I am hoping on my next appointment for dental cleaning that my gums don't bleed. I know it's only my hope, but I know it will only depends if I do it on daily basis. To be honest I do miss days, but at least I can work towards on doing it on daily basis. I will be seeing my dentist at end of June, and will keep ya updated on how my next appointment will be.
Should do a how much does a cleaning , deep cleaning , x ray costs , costs of each tooth to fix and etc … I got ripped off by some dentist and want to have a good one that cares and not charging arm and leg
My dentist 🦷 in the UK has prices on their website although many do say From... Although when I was looking for a dentist most didn't have prices on their websites.
I think it varies so much in the USA from state to state etc... in some of her videos she gives approx prices or a range of prices. Would be good though just a video on all the dental procedures.
I had a tooth pulled also during my root canal procedure 😢 that was a few months ago no when I went to the dentist they didn't tell me they were going to pull a tooth 😭
Had my 3 month gingivitis cleaning and check up today. All is well! Feeling proud. Your channel has helped me so much. I did a lot of chatting with the hygienist because she didn't have to scrape. My teeth feel so clean. 🦷🪥🥰 My blood pressure was great as well. 🙌
I have been brushing with the Oral B Braun electric toothbrush, flossing with the platypus floss picks (I have adult braces), using a water pick, and at the end of the day I use PreviDent. Today I went to the dentist and they said good job with teeth care, it’s noticeable I keep good care of them, but I have developed a cavity 🤣 sometimes it’s just a catch 22
They swab your gumline beforehand - and if done correctly, as in allowing you 3-5 minutes for 'absorption', the needles insertion is nothing. They simply go to work and get that cavity done.
Quick question on the topic, so typically I brush my teeth at midnight. But since I go to work early in the morning, I would have to brush my teeth starting at 5am. Would this mess up teeth in the long run? Since there's a 5 hr time window?

Got a filling over 10 years ago and they didn't numb me up fully ... I felt everything ! Worst experience of my life ! Now i gotta go get 2 fillings and im freaking out lol

I'm not sure why that happens. It seems to be a somewhat common occurrence. I just had a filling done almost a month ago and I also have sensitivity to cold foods or drinks. It has gotten a lot better over the last week though. I'm not a medical professional. From my experience, it may take a few weeks to maybe even a month for the sensitivity to come down.

Why does my tooth feel pain when drinking cold after a cavity filling ??
I'm not sure why that happens. It seems to be a somewhat common occurrence. I just had a filling done almost a month ago and I also have sensitivity to cold foods or drinks. It has gotten a lot better over the last week though. I'm not a medical professional. From my experience, it may take a few weeks to maybe even a month for the sensitivity to come down.
The anaesthetic wears on in me sometimes my dentist 🦷 having to top it up.
