I’ve been using another mouthpiece from Amazon for 6 years and I have no issues with my jaw.
I’m extremely happy with it. When I run an Oximeter, my stats are as good as sleeping with a cpap.
It’s a single piece. It has a 3.5 star rating but it’s mostly people who can’t get used to the bulkiness.
My main concern is the material makeup. I can tell by the not so professionally designed instruction manual that this is not a company you can trust like you could a major corporation. It’s probably some dude like the example you mentioned. There’s no indication of lab tests or anything. So, I potentially may have had something toxic in my mouth every night of the past 6 years.
I change them about once a month.

The nasal strips helps with opening the nose up for people who use nasal or pillow masks.

I’m looking for a backup battery for times that the power goes out. I think I finally found one that will work for several days and costs less than $200. We have been out of power for up to two weeks after a hurricane. Any suggestions or recommendations? Thanks!

Without an humidifier, at a level 10 pressure, 80Wh is about 1 nights sleep. 10Wh per hour.
Accounting for leaks and power losses due to sitting time, its about 100Wh per night.
So if you want something for 3 days, you will need a battery with about 300Wh. 5 days - 500 Wh and so on.
The best bang for your buck would be a power station such as Jackery Portable Power Station Explorer 500 or BLUETTI Portable Power Station EB70S.
Non-brand name batteries sometimes lie about their capacity, or have poor quality cells that degrade in a few years.
