First of all I absolutely love your charming videos. You are so sweet. 185 Degrees for chicken really too too tough!!! If you pull it at 155 Degrees It has a carryover temperature of another 10° so that’s where I totally disagree with you so keep it tender. Keep it safe. Love you guys.
