I have been a subscriber for quite a while now, so it is time to give you & Jennie a bunch of roses each, ... 'cause you are worth it. 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 What you do, Tom, and how you do and explain everything is a gold mine! In every single video you show a new way to reach a goal. So far I have never found your equality and I am always searching the net for what and how to do this and/or "repair" that. // This video I found today and as I love rubber bands, I know what to do with it at the gym today.😉 /says Marianne from Sweden
Really appreciate and enjoying this video 🤩 I can do all except the hip stuff 😔. Any lateral movements causes lasting pain from hip to ankle on the right side. Three different chiropractors have insisted I try it. Same result each time. I just won't do it anymore. They have no explanation, just look at me with a weird expression. It feels like lightening going down the side of my leg. Takes a couple months for it to ease. Worse at night. I'm just a curious old soul ☺️ Blessings to you and yours 🙏 Non-compliant great grammie in Wonderful Michigan 💖
try doing this instead - you lay on your side and bend your knees at around 120 degrees. From there you keep both your knees on top of each other without separating them. From there you lift the ANKLE of the upper leg with your HEEL pointing towards the ceiling (rotating the leg outwards). This is how I started and I was really feeling that at the glutes around the hips and nowhere else.
Hi. Loved doing these as well as i could! BUT have a have a rotor cuff problem. Heard/felt 3 pings and another feeling in arm between elbow and shoulder and lost strength in it nearly 3 weeks ago. Lifting painful restricted movement. About 9 months had physio for the same,( it an old injury from long ago...) suggestions for helping please. Love your site and videos.
@TomMorrison Thank you for the video Tom. Nhs physio did help greatly. Problem being its an app, which stops being available when you say its better, and I've forgotten a lot of them!! 🙄. Love your enthusiasm Tom. Gets me motivated.
hey tom... on the adductor exercises it ends up contracting the opposite lower abdomen... like near the illiopsoas. ;) don't feel it in the adductor at all? x
Having viewed this excellent video.. im now a part of the resistance.. just ordered a band !

I'd follow any advice from your physio! But you can also give this one a go: ruclips.net/video/2KFHwxrjUrA/видео.html

Thank you Tom, lovely examples. My ladies all had a band for Christmas. We add in leg work too, but the bands are two meters long!
Love that!
Thank you for anothe great video on body movements and excercises
I do love these ones!!

Where do I find this exact band? Or at least the same size
Just search for Thin Resistance Band on amazon 😁
Thanks
Legend! You’re very welcome!
