Unlistenable on speakers. The left track mic sounds distant, a lot of reflections from hard surfaces. The right channel is closer and sounds ok, BUT the left channel leads the right by a couple of milliseconds. Can't believe that a man who sought out JIS screwdrivers would approve, had he listened to the final edit.
I had a bunch of impossible burgers (vegan style) in my first year of college. Using and impossible burger to scratch a beef burger itch is like scratching your forearm to get rid of an itch in your armpit. It provides some kind of relief, but not quite. That said, I think it really stands on its own as a meal, it provides the heartiness and filling-ness of a real beef burger. Speaking as someone who tries to eat as little meat as possible. At the very least, it won't leave you still hungry.

The best veggy burgers are way better than the cheap meat options. A ‘beyond burger’ is miles better than anything by burger king or mcdonalds.
They can’t compete with the best meat options though. They are tasty and less greasy in their own right. It takes a couple of times eating and picking the right veggy ones. Which is fun in the sense to see how far they’ve come along in getting it more and more right. They’re getting really close. They’re already nice options to eat instead of meat. Not to 1 on 1 replace meat, but to eat something that’s nice in its own right.
The white castle impossible burger has a more meatier taste and texture than their actual beef burgers. Their meat is like a paste.

Its the problem that most vegans/vegetarians have trying to push their food on people. They have to compete with typical meat products and why would you spend almost £15 on a burger from a small non-chain brand when you can easily just go and get a cheap £2-4 burger that is bigger and tastier from a chain store.
Im all for saving the planet and eating less meat. I mean, I moved from the UK to Finland and my meat intake is like a fifth of what it was. But I would never spend £15 on a single burger... I think the Finnish "Mcdonalds" (Hesburger) burgers are quite expensive its like £5 for a burger the same size as this impossible burger but at least the Hesburger burgers are quite delicious and because its Finnish, its cooked in healthier oils and made as environmentally friendly as possible... and still only like £5

Great comment! It's so annoying when someone comments, "It tastes better than a real Whopper!" (said in a nyeah nyeah voice) No it doesn't! Because it has the same bun, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, mayo and ketchup it has the familiar taste of a Whopper and all those items mask out the taste of the Impossible patty. Break off a piece of the patty that doesn't have ketchup or mayo on it and you'll see that it doesn't taste at all like beef or very good and has that familiar frozen veggie burger flavor.
Vegan here to ruin your day. Vegan burgers tastes better than meat burgers (in my opinion), I just think you need to try the right ones. Try the vegan Honest Burger and let me know your verdict. It's really difficult to notice a difference!
